The store is always in disarray, the customer service is non-existent. Some of the employees have an attitude if you ask for assistance. Please do not work in customer service if you don’t want to be helpful. Based off the other reviews, this is a consistent issue.

Every single visit, I feel as though I’m begging them to take my money. Once the computers kept freezing, I spent an hour before I was able to purchase my items. Today, I waited half an hour for my item to get to the register because an associate has to bring perfumes to the register. When the cashier asked me to step aside instead of asking the sales associate to bring my item to the register, I decided it’s wasn’t waiting longer and won’t visit this location again. Ulta needs to realize customers are necessarily for the store to do well. The brand name Ulta isn’t enough to carry this location, proper customer service needs to be provided to their customers.

Placed an order for pickup and received no update. I called the store that morning and was told that someone was working on pickup orders and I will receive an update by 2pm. I patiently waited, but by 4pm I still didn't receive an update. I only have one item in my order so it shouldn't take this long to fulfill. I called back to see what was going on with my order and the lady I spoke to said that when my order is ready I would receive an update, but I told her I spoke to someone that morning who told me that I would get an update by 2pm. She took down my name and told me someone would work on my order now. Right before the store closed they cancelled my order due to it being 'out of stock'. My item was definitely still in stock, I believe the workers here are just petty and purposely canceled my order. Thankfully Ulta online CS was helpful and assisted me with placing a new order. I never received this type of service at any other Ulta, its just this location. Last time I had a pickup order, I had to literally do the work for them and pick out the items in my pickup order cause they took forever to fulfill my order. Lazy, miserable and rude workers. Its 2024 aim to be better in life cause the energy you give out will always return back to you 10 fold.

Everytime I come into this Ulta it’s just bad vibes but it’s the only close one and online never works for me idk why. So today I came in to return/exchange something and noticed they had some good deals on perfume so I got a gift set. The cashier Shanicce was extremely rude to me and not helpful at all. I asked her if she could apply the merchandise credit to the current order because I was returning with my receipt and I paid with my CC so usually the $ goes back to the card. She was just annoyed that I had a question and rolled her eyes and said she could do it either way. I said fine just do whatever is easiest for you. Then when I asked about the free gift, I was supposed to receive with my fragrance Purchase & she quickly quickly said to me that she didn’t have any more in stock then a cashier who is standing next to her said yes we do have them. We have two boxes right there so she rolled her eyes and walked over over to get it for me. Last but not least as she was returning or exchanging the item she asked me why I didn’t want them. I told her that I didn’t want the mascara because I got a different one and that the lipgloss that I purchased I thought it was a different color so she tried to mock me and say: The color says right here that it’s clear so I don’t understand why you wouldn’t know what color it was. And normally I would right then and there, had to have stopped and call the manager and walk out, but I really didn’t feel like being a Karen at the moment however, she just left a bad taste in my mouth, so I really had no choice but to come here and put a review on the store because it’s not only this cashier, it’s every single cashier every single time I come in the store. You might as well just put the self check out monitors here because nobody wants to help you unless they’re chasing behind you like you’re going to steal some thing and if you have any questions you get treated like you’re not the one who spending money in the store. And I couldn’t get my birthday gift because that was supposedly sold out as well.

The culture at this Ulta is disappointing. I sampled a eyeshadow palette. It’s 7pm. The time is relevant because I’m looking around and see nothing to wipe the make up off as it has been depleted. I asked an associate and she was very passive aggressive about “tissues all over the floor” so I asked the security guard who was more willing to help. I needed help finding a primer and I walk towards a group of employees fooling around in the back and stand directly in front of them. I waited for a few seconds for them to get their giggles out and provide assistance but that never happened and I walked away without them having the slightest concern for my needs as a shopper: the check out process was smooth but the in store experience was…… let’s just say if I didn’t NEED the products I would not have purchased them. If no one is purchasing, money is not being made. If money is not being made….. you see where I’m going with this. Value your customers. Customers like myself value helpful and respectable employees.

Store sucks, I went There a couple months ago and the store manager and one of the workers was letting people just take online order/pick up in store bags without checking for proof of purchase, but decided to check my ID even though I showed My Ulta account and the receipt. Then the cashier spent 30 minutes talking to a guy who wanted to basically take a online order and was gonna let him take it until the manager came and asked why she was holding up the line... oh then she accused of stealing after the whole ordeal.

I’m a customer that purchased a flat iron online and was genuinely unhappy with the quality after using it. I was only able to return this item in-store which is the sole reason why I came here in the first place. For some reason, the female associate managing the cashier was treating me like a menace for trying to return an item.She was being extremely disrespectful to me and it was very apparent that she didn’t like that I had used the item, hated it and tried returning it for a refund. Mind you, this was the only item I was trying to return. While still being rude, the associate proceeds to tell me that the store had to throw out the item because I had used it — clearly insinuating that I was directly responsible for her store’s policy of disposing returned items.Throughout the entire interaction, she acted like I was the one that was bothering her which I do not understand. The store was vastly empty when I first arrived. I was the only customer waiting in line for an associate to see me since the cashier was unmanned before I unfortunately had the displeasure of being served by her.I was waiting in front of an empty cashier for what would be considered an unreasonable amount of time since I was the only customer and yet I was able to remain cordial even though she was being abhorrently rude to me. I felt like I was the customer service rep that had to please her. If I knew it was going to go down like this, I would have gone to another Ulta store instead and save us both this awful experience.

Alright y’all! Come get your hair cuts at Ulta beauty! The salon is back running and the service is incredible! Christine gave me a beautiful butterfly haircut and it’s so perfect! She was an absolute doll. She gave me a lot of information on how to take care of my hair. They use great quality products for the service, and I like this better than a regular hair salon honesty. Less pressure but excellent service and results!

The whole staff needs to be fired. I was there yesterday, asked a employe a question about the 21 day sale she continued to ignore me. Another employee comes up and tries to assist me. She has time to be going off to call security. Talking out her face, but could not help a customer, this is unacceptable And truly unprofessional I will not be shopping with ultra no more.

They never have anything in stock. Then when they do have it in stock it either “sells out” or your order gets cancelled. They’re not reliable at all. Nothing is audited or registered in the system properly, so if it says they have an item in stock, be prepared to be told they don’t have it when you get there

If I could give an half star I would. Absolutely horrible. I placed an order online, however I lost my drivers license. I presented the online copy and the associate said she couldn’t take it so I opted to cancel the order. She tells me I can rejoin the line and I can purchase the item. I waited online for 30 MINUTES! Only to get up there and the item be almost $20 more. She wouldn’t match the online price(store policy she said) Made me wait an extra 20 mins so she could honor the coupon I had online(that’s the least she could do) only to go take care of another customer for her to forget about what said 20 minutes before. Thank God for Amazon. I was able to get the product for Ulta’s online price which is the price every other store has it for. I’m never spending my money there again

I see why they are hiring! Don't do it to yourself. Not good management. Didn't realize SHE was the ONLy cash register open. One was kinda. BUT LIKE 4-5 people on the floor to assist, while half the customer waited in line? 2 additional staff for 5-10m would have cleared that line Fast.Had to wait to pay, then had to wait to pick up from online.I would give it a 2, but I found the perfect concealer!

Short & simple, I wouldn’t visit this store if it wasn’t local. On entry, there seems to be no one working. No one greets you, neither is there a uniform to differentiate employees from the patrons. I wandered around aimlessly for 15mins searching for a product with empty shelves before I became impatient & asked an MUA for assist. Two cashiers with the line going down 6 aisles. I didn’t encounter any rude behavior but clearly the store is understaffed. Don’t go there expecting Sephora treatment (one on one attention). Go knowing what you went there for, hopefully it’s in stock. I purchased makeup brushes & setting spray.
