Cashier Grecia gave such great service! She was super helpful and friendly. The checkout was smooth and easy and her positive attitude made my experience at Ulta instantly better. Because of this, i’m looking forward to shopping here again! Ulta is lucky to have her😊

Avoid this Ulta location at all costs if you’re expecting same-day delivery done by them. I placed an order well before the cutoff for same day delivery, got confirmation for delivery that evening, and support swore it was on the way and waiting for dasher. Then nothing. Next day over 24 hours later, I get a random cancellation email with zero explanation. They held my money, wasted my time, and left me completely in the dark while support continued to claim “it is on the way” even when I got the cancellation email. This store is a mess. Totally unreliable and absolutely not worth the hassle.

Ulta Beauty of Kings Plaza is the reason I look and smell good. I highly recommend Ulta Beauty for good scents, hair condition, and make up.

I have gotten appointments at Ulta frequently. Ulta as a company is great with many employees going above and beyond.
I never had a worse experience at an Ulta before particularly regarding how workers speak to their customers. One worker in particular Tiffany was especially rude.
I was almost in tears. I am never going back to this location again and will be making a formal complaint.

One of the worst Ulta's not including the one at Green acres, which isn't any better. Some of the staff don't know anything about makeup/only hired do to cashier. When I said the flyer display said free gift with certain amount, they said they don't see that in the system.. so why is the flyer still up? Ghetto workers having conversations and laughing loudly in the store, the stock is never put up and everything's always sold out or empty. This store is a mess and needs a makeover from head to toe.

Very unpleasant experience. The staff, including security, were extremely rude. Instead of offering help, they spoke in a disrespectful and condescending manner. This kind of attitude toward customers is absolutely unacceptable. I have no desire to shop at this store again. I hope the management takes action to improve their customer service.

I prefer Ulta Beauty for their authentic products, though this location feels a bit understaffed. If you need help, it can be tough to find someone. But if you're just looking around and don't need assistance, it's all good!

i had called just to see if an item was in stock before driving 40 min out. no one answered the phone after 20 min i called the salon who was extremely nasty for no reason. overall customer service was terrible i don’t even want to come shop in person at this location .

I think that this location needs a lot of improvement from the display to the customer service and additional staff. Every single time that I go in the location the products are disorganized, shelves are empty, products are not where they should be and it remains the same way time and time again. This deters customers from wanting to come in because it is a chaotic shopping experience.
In terms of the staff, there needs to be more. There are a number of times when one or two people are doing their best to cash but they are also trying to assist customers who need help on the floor. It should not be like that because it is overwhelming for them and frustrating for customers. I think they need more people so there is always help available on the floor for customers who need assistance and for employees to ensure that the products are properly displayed, and at least 2 people at the register. I think that as a result of the short staff, that the employees do get a little frustrated and it comes across as impatience and I get it. They want to bring down the line and they want to give speedy service, but just show a little more kindness, and we would have a better experience.

They need to hire ppl who are trained to do hair! Do not go here for a color job!!! Extremely disappointed in their work and the stylists wouldn’t take responsibility for their poor job and tried to gaslight me when I said I was unhappy with their work. Spent hours at the salon only to leave unhappy, even tho they tried to “fix” it, and even worse, not one person even apologized for the inconvenience or ruining my hair. I would give 0 stars if I could. Do not go here. I am trying to save everyone their time and money. Other locations are definitely better but these people do not deserve your money.
