Usually an unpleasant experience: they often don’t open on time, they have no good printing system for shipping labels, they’re closed at random points in the day. Just overall unreliable.

I rely on The UPS Store for my shipping and printing needs, and I consistently receive excellent assistance whenever I require it. Jackson's team has delivered quality service for years, and they are transparent about any additional charges or fees. I never feel deceived or taken advantage of. Thank you! Despite the inevitable queues, the team's multitasking abilities ensure that lines move swiftly. It's disheartening to see negative reviews, especially considering that many of the policies are dictated by Amazon or the UPS Store itself.

Garth was very friendly and helpful.

Black manager guy was very helpful and polite. Every time I go here, it is a smooth process and uneventful. The young Latino young man needs to be taught what it means to work in customer service. He says nothing and acts like he doesn’t understand his role as a service rep is to be inviting and add to a pleasant experience . He needs to work in a place where you don’t have to interact .

Really rude and don’t care about customers. I arrived at 5pm and they refused to take my package even though the 2 employees were just talking in the store. I was only dropping a package…

I worked in the store as a center associate for less than 2 months and I want to talk about my experience :The owner is the greatest owner I have ever worked with. The store manager always at the store (Garth) is a good person. He taught me everything, not just the job. I literally haven’t worked in a customer service job before. He makes everything go smoothly and nicely, paid lunchtime and a flexible schedule, in addition to bounces and sometimes the owner overpays you to motivate you!The team is very friendly and the neighborhood too.I enjoyed working at the store and I think the prices are lower than other stores.I’m so sad to leave the job (because of personal reasons). I would like to repeat the experience again if possible.

If I could give this place 0 stars. I went to drop off 2 Amazon boxes. I usually do returns with UPS stores but this was my first and last time at this store. The older black guy who seemed like the manager, probably is, was so rude. I understand the business could be busy and sometimes stressful but that is customer service. The other stores I go to have no problem printing out my label for an extra dollar as long as I email them. This guy was so rude to the lady customer before me. I could tell she didn’t know what she was doing and probably her first time. He wasn’t even one tending to her. The lady associate that was tending to her seemed like she wanted to help the lady but this guy rudely giving the lady directions and repeating the same thing over and over again. She clearly didn’t understand, but he was practiced shouting at her from the other counter. I felt bad for the lady. And then when it was my turn, I printed out my label and before could give it to him he throws the label bag at me and tells me to put it in the sticker and stick it on the box. All without even looking at me or saying please or thank you. Then tells me to put it on the box that he didn’t even look at. I had to tell him, the box doesn’t have tape, I need to tape. He was so rude for no reason. There were only two customers in the store. There is no reason why you cannot fully assist customers. Don’t work in a customer service business when you clearly don’t want to provide customer service. It doesn’t cost you or anyone to say please or thank you. I never patron this store again.

Really horrible experiences, consistently. I know it’s the UPS store (and the only one in the neighborhood), so it’s often a place that can’t be avoided. But the man that works that works here with the glasses is terrible. Very rude and discriminatory, and makes up prices for services based on how much he likes customers. Would recommend avoiding this place as much as possible.

Whoever runs this place over the weekend should be fired. For the last 6 months at least, on Saturday/Sunday without fail there is a queue of people waiting outside for the place to open…30 minutes after opening time! It’s just unacceptable

Chronically understaffed, and the apparent manager who works there alone makes it an even more terrible experience. He's unfortunately not capable of managing and running the store, and gets frustrated with customers for his mistakes.

If I could give zero stars I would. I strongly recommend you come here just to drop off a package and that’s it. Otherwise, you’d be met with incompetent associates and unsupportive managers of said associates. I came in just wanting to print out a shipping label for a package weighing no more than a pound….and I walked out a whole hour later with no shipping label. Awful terrible service they don’t know what the hell they’re doing in there.

Cost 4.17 to print a single black and white page from online. More from in the store. Kinko’s/Fedex is less than a dollar.

Most horrible and passive aggressive staff in this UPS. I would really suggest either training associates to have manners or hiring more helpful staff.

This location is not as nice as other UPS stores, and the associates are not very friendly. AND, they charged me $2.50 for one piece of tape. BYOT! I guess they gotta make their money somehow?Update: Sent a follow up email, as requested in owner response to this review, about a week ago…and never got a response or follow-up.

Will definitely not be returning to this location. I came here last weekend to return an Amazon package. This was the second time I had visited this location - both times was to drop off an Amazon return. The first time I visited, I was told to sit at a computer where I could print out a label. I printed the label, dropped the package off to the attendant and everything went fine. This most recent time, the only man working in the store was super rude. He shouted at me from across the store telling me that I needed to sit at a different computer to print a label. How am I supposed to know which computer I'm allowed to sit at? I printed my label, stuck it on my package and when I approached the counter to drop the package off, he didn't say anything but made a hand gesture as if to indicate for me to give him the package. Rude but OK. He then asked me how I intended to pay for the package and I said the label is already pre-paid - that's when he told me that it cost two dollars to print out a label. I told him the last time I was there I did not have to pay anything and that if there was a charge, that I would just take the package and drop it off somewhere else. He proceeded to rip off the label off, handed the package back to me and said in a snarky voice "have a nice day".I admit that I was unaware that there was a fee to print labels, but since I made it clear that I didn't pay a fee last time and the label was already printed and placed on the package, good customer service would have been to just accept the package this time but going forward, there is a two dollar charge for printing. The entire interaction felt petty to me on his part, not to mention how rude he was. Now Im aware there is a fee going forward, but I will not be returning and will find other drop off/printing spots with nicer staff whenever possible.
