Upstate Stock is an industrial-chic coffee shop and mercantile in Brooklyn. It is known for having the best coffee in the neighborhood, using locally sourced beans and great milk alternatives, with matcha considered some of the best in NYC. The pastries are also divine. While there is no indoor seating, it is an overwhelmingly awesome spot. The shop offers a wide array of very cool, high-quality, and sustainably made products. It features everything from comfy clothing and American-made home goods to unique gifts like Adirondack candles, Vermont staples such as maple sriracha, and 10-minute incense matchsticks. The thoughtfully curated selection has been described as reminiscent of shops in Vermont and like a store curated by Wes Anderson, offering items for every need. The staff is consistently noted as friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Customers love shopping there for themselves and for holiday gifts, considering it a great experience and a highly recommended destination.

This is place is cute, but it is more of a store than a coffeehouse (limited/no indoor seating). The products are mix of gourmet grocery goods and NYC souvenirs.

This adorable shop saved us after the Williamsburg Winter Village fiasco.
