“I came by to get my first proper business attire with absolutely 0 knowledge of what to expect. The moment I entered the store, I was instantly greeted warmly by David the owner. I told him I have no clue of my sizes and what I really wanted besides a suit.
Throughout the entire 1.5 hours I was there, David and I were having great conversation and he was really helpful in teaching me even basic fashion styles all whilst making me feel incredibly comfortable. Once he measured my sizes, the first sports coat and first slacks given to me perfectly fit, had superb quality, and looked beautiful. We tried some dress shirts, a tie, and went through probably 10 different pairs of shoes to match with the fit (of which we took 2 pairs of shoes).
This has been the best customer service I have received in my life so far. I heavily advise on coming down here to check out their selection of suits, pants, shoes, but primarily the master talent that David has, and his sense of fashion that pairs so well with his skills. Thank you so much for setting me up with amazing clothing that will last me a lifetime, David!”
“Went to the one on Rockaway and was looking for simple black (but didn't know what size to go with since I've lost a good amount of weight) The Lady Yannie (Hope I'm not messing up names took me a while to leave the review ?) was just looking at me and telling ME my Sizes and I tried them on to make sure and they fit PERFECTLY and Homie (Don't even wanna mess up his name??♂️) was just in the back being helpful making sure I was getting what I came for. “I ordered a few PRL pieces from this shop. It was a first time for me. Everything came ahead of schedule actually and it was exactly what I ordered. But what impressed me fully is I made a mistake in the size of a shirt I ordered. It was supposed to be Medium but I mistakenly hit Small. Well however it happened I was texted and asked to confirm the size...and I had a chance to correct my mistake. That impressed me because other larger places would've just sent a Small and been done with it. Kudos ✊???”
“One of the rarest stores you’ll come across anywhere in the world. Kai D thoughtfully designs each collection and arranges the space with such care—it feels less like a shop and more like a quiet celebration of slow craft.
As a customer turned friend, I’ve been coming here for years, sometimes just to step in and absorb the calm, grounded energy that both the space and Kai naturally offer. Mun, another designer whose work is carried in the store, is often there on weekends, and it’s always a joy to see them both.
What they share is a deep commitment to making—truly living the artist’s way. Everything is created with intention: slow, authentic, and uncompromising. The designs feel timeless, with a sensitivity to materials that makes each piece something you can live in and return to for years.
This past weekend, I stopped by during a spontaneous stroll. Kai and Mun welcomed me so warmly, pulling pieces they could imagine me in—it felt like playing dress-up with old friends. I left with a beautiful Japanese-collar jacket, generously gifted by Kai, and I’ll likely be back soon for a shirt I fell in love with that day.

The man In the suit department knew exactly what we needed, sizes, everything. He was a great help, which was really appreciated. As I live about an hour away from the flower shop, Valentine was kind enough to help me decide on florals with inspo photos I provided, stay within my budget, and provide the unique flowers on a short notice through email! I had a great experience both virtually and in person with the people of Park Deli. I do wish they had more options for greenery, but other than that they have a beautiful selection, are extremely knowledgeable, and are honest regarding pricing! The flowers lasted an entire week and I even still have the calla lilies, they dried beautifully :)”

“From start to finish, it was really an amazing and comfortable experience. I kind of hate suits as a short plus size man, but Olivia really did me justice. A total of 3 sessions. 1st was the longest and I was very anxious since I didn’t know what I wanted for my friends engagement/wedding event. As my first suit in a long time, I think I ended up wanting something that I could wear again to numerous formal occasions and go as “safe (navy blue). Olivia spent a good 1st hour helping me find the perfect shade and picking out the design of the coat, pants, buttons, etc. She gave me amazing options, explanations for each one and why it would work for me, listened to me, and guided me with her expertise. She’s so knowledgeable with the frabics and knew what would work well for my body type. The 2nd hour she began measuring the different customizations for my suit. Again I didn’t know what to expect, or how it would go but throughout this first session she was just amazing. Energy, vibe perf. I just felt in safe hands. The custom suit came maybe 2-2.5 weeks after the 1st session. 2nd session she made some more minor adjustments for their in house tailor to handle, which took maybe less than 30 min. Again quick and easy. And the in house tailor made the adjustments the same day actually! So quick! It was amazing to see how her measurements in the first session came through so well in the second session when the suit was delivered. And, 3rd session was to do a final check and it took maybe less than 15 min. It came out perfect. Loved it so much. Will be coming back in spring for another because of her and to be more bold with my second choice. The entire process took 3 weeks, and I had maybe 5 weeks to get it done so I loved how quick it was. I will honestly recommend anyone I know especially plus size folk to go to her. She has a new forever client for however long she plans to stay there at SuitSupply Williamsburg. I hope y’all give her a raise. Again, cannot thank Olivia enough for how comfortable she made me with the experience and with my suit choice at the end of the day! I feel so confident in my choice, definitely would recommend Olivia if you plan to go custom! She knows her shit!”
