There's always extremely loud music blasting in the back rooms where the employees work, while the line stretches out the door. Maybe someone could take a break from the dance party back there and take a turn at one of the teller windows?
EDIT: Updating my score to 4 stars. The bald teller and the one with beard (Angel) really do their best to keep things together, help people the best they can and keep the vibe positive. This place is kind of a mess overall, probably due to underfunding, but Angel & bald guy do put in the effort. They should both get a raise.

This is THE WORST post office. My packages are continuusly misdelieverd. I send them video proof of such and all they can muster is a copy and paste response about the tracking number like geez thanks I never though to check the freaking tracking number. How about you watch the video I sent you of the post man NOT delivering the package when the tracking says it was. What a disgrace.

Surprisingly fast service seen as how the line is always to the back of the store. Love that I can drop off prepaid packages without having to wait in line

They don’t scan packages before sending them out. I had a bunch of packages not track until they were in the destination city days after I dropped them off. Had a $300 package never start tracking and they got annoyed with me for trying to get them to find it.

The carrier is lazy and incompetent, constantly marking packages as “undeliverable” when we have a safe mail room that Amazon, FedEx and UPS have no issues making deliveries to. The government should just shut down USPS altogether and let competent places like FEDEX and UPS take the work since USPS doesn’t want to deliver mail.

EXTREMELY Understaffed.
I understand it’s not the staff’s fault but why?
Why don’t they hire more people? This place is packed and looooong line every time I come here. I need at least an hour just sit send a package. No forms are put out, so you need to be online to get a form (if you need one) then be online to send the package.
It’s just so sad…

I had a package that the wrong address but Eddie with a lot of patience helped me locate the package and I was finally able to recover .. he took the time to call and let me know that the package was ready to pick it up .. thank you for your help patience and time

Guy literally took the package I was returning and threw it onto another pile of packages. I genuinely fear if its gonna get to where it's going or not
