The United States Postal Service (USPS) at 86 Wyckoff Ave is known for its commitment to delivering secure, reliable, and affordable mail and package services to over 157 million addresses across the country. Despite occasionally experiencing long lines, customers have noted surprisingly fast service, especially when using drop-off options for prepaid packages. Some reviews mention the loud music in the back rooms, which can be distracting, but dedicated staff members, particularly a bald teller and an employee named Angel, work hard to assist customers and maintain a positive atmosphere. Customers appreciate the professional and friendly service, especially when receiving help with tasks like passport applications. One customer shared a positive experience of recovering a misaddressed package, thanks to the patience and assistance of an employee named Eddie. For those who prefer to avoid waiting in line, printing labels at home is recommended, as packages are typically shipped out the next day and arrive quickly. Overall, while the location faces some challenges, the staff's effort and dedication enhance the customer experience.

Everyone who is writing 1 star reviews is quite literally preaching to the choir, and this is coming from somebody that lives near it and walks past it almost everyday! Everybody try contacting the postmaster, they’re the head honcho of this mess!!

What would it take to get a digital kiosk in here? Especially if they can’t staff it with enough workers to keep the line from being unmanageable. Attempting to buy a booklet of stamps and I was in like for at least 45 minutes
