I am a regular customer at “SHIRLEY A CHISHOLM” post office, 1915 Fulton Street as I work nearby. I think this is the worst post office that I have visited. How could this be a government agency that is closed for lunch, people need to wait outside for a whole hour because the post office is closed for lunch. Many elderly and old people use this post office, and it is not fair for them to wait outside an hour to get their services in this heat. I had never heard of this, and this needs to be reported. The young workers are very rude to people, they are not friendly at all, they have no manners, all the time a with a bad mood. We need to wait a hour to be served. I don't see any other post offices doing this. The post office schedule doesn’t say that this post office will be closed for lunch. Managers there do as they wish and this is not right, I understand that we are all entitled to lunch but we can take turns getting our lunch as most other public offices do. Higher up need to hire friendly staff that greet their customers with value and satisfaction (: and this closing for lunch need to be stop

WORSE POST OFFICE I BEEN TO... SOME WORKERS HERE ARE RUDE WITH UNPROFESSIONAL ATTITUDES.
THEY ACT LIKE YOU'RE BOTHERING THEM WHEN ASKED WITH BASIC QUESTIONS.
THIS POST OFFICE DEFINITELY NEEDS A OVERHAUL IN MY OPINION!

They need to shut this location down asap but they’re not ofc. Workers have horrible attitudes and can care less, drivers don’t deliver packages or deliver to wrong addresses.. if you can avoid this location I’d suggest it

Worst post office in the history of post offices. Worst staff ever. Incredibly rude, inattentive, and unprofessional. They are short staffed on top of that. An example of all of this: There is signage showing there’s two lines, people line up in the two lines, then they catch an attitude about how we will not be serviced if we don’t line up in one line then the other man working decides to just leave to the back and leave one person working who’s on her phone talking to her other coworker that’s there and not helping out guests. I hate this post office with everything in me.

The worst! The staff are always on break or they never want to work. Or they always have a wifi issue or some sort of problem. The staff is so rude! They find any excuse to not take your package too, just so they don’t have to work. I don’t even get it.
Don’t waste your time coming here. Your package will get lost. They just don’t want to work.
This location is notorious for stealing packages..

This place is a complete joke they need to hurry up and close down or completely replace their worker they are extremely rude and completely unprofessional. I couldn’t believe what I just experienced they had the nerve to insult for wanting on the line till I hear next and for not knowing that I could use my phone to show them stuff. I would give zero if I can. This office is so unprofessional. It opens at 9am and there is a line of 11people and not one clerk is at the counter at 9:25a. One of the back office staff plainly said they aren't here yet. How is there not one clerk on time working.

USPS - Get it together! This location is always WAY understaffed and out of stock. The line is horrible and takes forever. This location is in desperate need of more resources. Many of us who live in the neighborhood NEED these services. This branch is need of some serious help.

The WORST MANAGED!. I have filed complaints but that doesn’t help. It all depends on who you get but the staff are unhelpful as an attitude . Often even w no pink slips I have found mail there. The delivery staff are great - it’s their in-house people who are beyond ridiculous

This post office is grossly is under resourced. There is often only one person behind the counter, and there is no acknowledgment of the people that are waiting in line. In fact, service is slowed because of unnecessary chatter with customers and amongst each other behind the glass.
