United States Postal Service (USPS) is the only organization in the country to regularly deliver to every residential and business address. Committed to providing secure, reliable, and affordable delivery of mail and packages, USPS manages over 30,000 retail locations and constantly innovates to make customer experiences better. While some customers have expressed frustration with long lines, disorganized queuing systems, and aging facilities, many others have praised the hard-working employees and positive experiences. Customers appreciate the helpful and kind staff, efficient service, and efforts to resolve issues. Despite the challenges, USPS remains an essential service, processing and delivering 47% of the world's mail to over 157 million addresses worldwide.
Never seen more than one person working at a time. And the line always has at least 10-15 people in it. If you have to go here just know it’s likely going to be a 30 minute wait. Pretty disappointing.
