Disgusting doesn’t even begin to describe how filthy this place is. The entire space smells like pee and sweat and the employees couldn’t be any more unpleasant. What an embarrassment, you guys should be ashamed.

Came here to apply for passport, nowhere on the states’ website said we needed an appointment. Got here with no customers waiting whatsoever yet they wouldn’t accept our application because we didn’t have an appointment. I can understand if it’s busy but no one was there yet they wouldn’t do their job.

This is a horrible place to go to, nasty workers with attitude, they don’t wanna help or work , so many times my package gets stolen, if I could give them
0 rating I will .I don’t recommend this place to anyone. This place should be shut down.

There is only 1 person working at the window. Not sure why is everyone else chilling in the back while people are waiting in line

If I could rate it zero stars, I would. It’s a non functioning post office. Makes me lose faith in government-run anything, quite frankly.

Very kind service people, but passport services are disappointing. I came all the way from different Brooklyn area with newborn to take (scheduled) passport photos just to find out that the photo services are not available (why would they allow people to schedule it though?) and the post office doesn't even have the forms to fill out for passport application...

Everyone from the passport service is so kind and friendly. They are very patient as well. They provided great service, all customers who were there yesterday left happy and was satisfied. It was a great experience!
