The woman that was working 9/12/2026 was handling a whole big line by herself. Doing it very fast and efficient and couldn’t have been nicer. She had a great personality and if I still lived nearby I would look forward to coming here all of the time.

There's no sign to tell you where to go for the passport service. Making an appointment is a joke. I arrived 15 minutes early, had to jump in front of someone to ask where to go for passport.
