The wait time is unbelievable there is never any staff. This is really unacceptable. We can surely do better than this.

The absolute worst post office and its such a shame that it is predominately Black and Brown neighborhoods that face the disrespectful and disgusting behavior/work ethics from our OWN people.
Many times, my packages go undelivered. Or in a recent case, they stated they attempted to deliver my mothers package only for us to learn that not only did they not deliver it … but it was OPENED. How disingenuous and sickening and such an invasion of privacy.
I also must add that we are now currently dealing with a package that has gone missing and every time my mother calls to speak with someone, she is left on hold.
This post office has been bad for years and clearly we are all letting it be known but nothing is happening. Now when things change in the neighborhood… dont complain. Sometimes we are our own downfall. Do better!

After arriving at the East New York post office, I was told that the person who takes passport photos would be out until June! I began to panic and immediately spoke to the manager who contacted the Rugby Station on my behalf and I quickly headed over to that station.
Once I arrived, I was met with a little surprise since I made my reservation at the other station, but eventually all the women in the office supported me in taking my passport photo, and I had the wonderful opportunity to be serviced by Ms.K at the window who helped sort through my passport items and ensure everything was correct. Thank you ! Kindness goes a long way!

If I can put zero stars I would. They had my package for 2 weeks and said it was delivered and come to find out it was delivered to the wrong address. I had to call the main office to complain about my package they delivered to the wrong address. Then they found it picked it up and brought it back to their post office and asked me when I called do I want to come pick it up or get it delivered? I said I'll come pick it up from the post office. I got there they said it's on the truck being delivered. I'm waiting and waiting for the delivery and nothing. I called to find out what happened because one of the post office worker said he had it but didn't, then another worker said they found it and I'm running back and forth to the post office trying to find my package after 2 weeks of nonsense I finally upsettingly tracked my package to the post office. Which the workers was leaving names for me to ask for and when I called they said no one by that name work here. It's ridiculous of the unprofessionalism this post office put me through. Horrible and unorganized.

My visit for a passport was awesome. I had no issues. The ladies were pleasant and extremely helpful. Great job, Civil Servants! Thank you for all you do.

I honestly always disliked the post office.The passport services is always the worst,please be polite on telling us the instructions.USPS has to change these employees,the rudeness can NOT continue .

Worst customer service. I went there for Passport application and wanted to have my photo taken there, to my surprise they don't offer in-person photo. If you guys don't do photo's then why it is mentioned in the USPS site.

You can't give it zero stars. This location was bad 25 yrs ago, and it's horrible now. I went in there at 801am on Saturday. A clerk opened the door to let us in out the cold. He said he needed to eat his breakfast. He will be back. 4 mins later, the janitor comes out to clean the filthy lobby area. He was a very pleasant older gentleman. By 810 they were 6 people in line. By 815, 8 people. Still no clerk at the window to begin taking customers. 820 am still no clerk. I kid you not!! At 841am, Mimi, a clerk comes out and says next. No good morning, I apologize for the wait time. Nothing...nada...zilch. I hate that so much for our community. We complain so much about our own. We have to start somewhere, and pleasant courteous professionalism goes a long way. Even if your business hours sucks your customer service should be top-notch. I will be giving it another try.

Pure Trash!!!!!!!It opens 9am but staff starts way after 9. Seem that they did not start work or arrive until whenever. Oh while typing the only person present is the lady handling passport appointments.

They are open at 8 a.m and it’s 8:17 a.m and they are still not ready to serve the public. Standing here 20 minutes for them to get ready. Poor customer service
