Terrible service. They canceled my passport appointment twice because the agent didn’t show up to work. They should be fired for not taking their job seriously

If you open at 9am you should be ready to work at 9am. Unfortunately they are understaffed , so that means overworked. However that is no excuse for unfriendly customer service.
