I would leave a negative review if I could , Go to Torres if you want to have a good experience visiting this office . She helped me right the way, other ladies who worked today was super rude and didn’t wanted to try to find my parcel. Thank you Torres! For the quick service !

They Refused to ship cause they think the package wasn't book. It was a LIGHT BOOK in a semi medium box how ironioc do you have to be. And claimed they'll open to inspect it. They can try I'd like to see them cause they'll get fined for doing so. Useless, no wonder there's 1 stars. 2nd time; they say there's a error after using a small box. You're kidding me, first, it's too big of a box, check again

I came here today with my mom to send my package, it was my first time. Before I came, I read some of the review comments about this post office and got worried bc they're all the bad reviews. But, today when I came and send my package. There was a black lady, she was so friendly and welcome to me and she help me to finish the progress. The other staffs also didn't show any bad attitudes to me. I think they changed. In my exprience, it wasn't that bad like everyone said. (^_^)

If I could leave this place 0 stars I would. Theres a reason why this post office has 1.6 stars, the employee I talked to was so rude and gave so much attitude. I asked a simple question, “are you sure?” to the employee just to confirm and she looked me dead in the eye and said “are you sure? yes, I’m sure I literally work here everyday.”The attitude was unnecessary and the lady was overall extremely unhelpful.

I had a frustrating experience here. The signage is incredibly confusing—one sign says the line is for stamps, letters, and packages, while another says it’s for passports and money orders. I got in the line for packages, and after waiting for five minutes, the person at the counter called someone from the other line. I was standing right in front of her, and she didn’t bother to inform me I was in the wrong line. The staff was unfriendly and unhelpful, making the whole experience even worse. Clear communication and basic courtesy would go a long way.

AS OF 4/21/25: THIS USPS FACILITY AND THE MAIL DELIVERY SERVICE HAS ONCE AGAIN LOST/MISDELIVERED MY PACKAGE. THIS IS TOTALLY RIDICULOUS AND OUT OF CONTROL!!!
THIS USPS FACILITY AND THE MAIL DELIVERY PEOPLE ARE NOTORIOUS FOR LOSING AND MISHANDLING PACKAGES (AND MAILS). THEY NEVER DELIVER MY PACKAGES TO MY ADDRESS!!! EITHER THEY ARE DELVERING MY PACKAGES TO DIFFERENT ADDRESSES OR LOSING/MISHANDLING PACKAGES. I AM LOSING MONEY BECAUSE OF THEIR INCOMPETENCE!!! THIS IS COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE AND UNETHICAL!!!

To save yourself time and frustration, I recommend reviewing the numerous one-star reviews already posted. Based on my experience, you're likely to have better luck with UPS or FedEx for reliable package assistance.
