Management here is terrible. The front is alway understaffed. How do you staff one person and a trainee who can't do anything that involves money during holiday weekends. Every time I'm here i spend more time than i should be spending.

I’m standing here early. At 8:02am Dropping off package. There is 5 of us waiting. They are in the back laughing. Broken glass. No one wants to work. It’s disgusting. Knocking to get someone attention. Someone came out and say wow. No one is here yet. We are not open yet. The doors are open. It said on google post office opens at 8am. Then someone comes in @830. Left at 8:40. This place is so unprofessional

They don’t deliver packages, I scheduled a redelivery followed all the proper instructions and they just never redeliver. Now I have to go there because the company won’t refund me because the package is still at the post office.Please just do the job you need to, be more organized. Maybe get a better manager to keep things more organized. I always have issues with USPS around the holidays and ups and FedEx deliver no issue…

There's only one person working who is stressed and super rude to everyone. The "manager" came out for a few mins and left. My package was lost and no one to ask for help. I was told to wait in line twice for an hour just to be told "I can't expect to track a package that was sent 5 days ago magically". Got literally yelled at and told to speak to the "manager" who never showed up again (she had a coffee in her hand, glanced at the line, shrugged and left). DO SOMETHING USPS!! THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE.

I had posted 1* and then edited my review I was like maybe is a misunderstanding but no this feels like a private company like they don't care i moved to this area for about a month now never had any issue where i lived before they always showed up i didn't even know i can complain about this. Every time I schedule a pick up is the same struggle i have to wait all day i get email that my packages were successfully picked up while no one showed up i told the agent, the manager they keep saying no not what i'm thinking just email to ignore it but at the same time they are not showing up like every time i schedule i have to call and complain next day for them to show up, today i waited all day until now 5pm no one show up i got email around 1pm that my mail was picked up. all day waisted for nothing. Obviously no one is checking behind them because i did speak to the manager many times but i'm still having the same issue.

This review is only for passport service. For walk-in hours, which is listed on the website (tue - thurs, 9am - 10am): be sure to go BEFORE 9AM to put your name on the list to get serviced. I went on a Thursday morning right at 8:30AM and was the second in line. The clerk came in right at 9am and started processing applications. The process was smooth and painless as long as you have all your documents prepared. Getting an appointment is impossible, so your best bet might be just to walk in. So, if you do go that route, this location seems to be a good choice as long as you arrive EARLY. Andy was the clerk who processed our application and he was great.

Ms Tan. A Chinese lady.RUDE SERVICE EVER.I’ve never felt this terrified at USPS before. I had a hard timing understanding what she meant. Then, she raised her voice and kept yelling at me. All I did was just trying to ask questions and communicate with her.Please try to avoid Ms. Tan. She will ruin your day. I hope other customers will not feel the way I felt.I even had to file a complaint on their website.

came here about my package being lost/stolen. it was never delivered although it states it was. crazy how while i was there waiting for the supervisor two other people came up to say their packages were marked as delivered but never arrived. i went down the moment it was delivered and didn’t see anything. couldn’t even provide me papers to show the store that i bought it from so i can get my money back. the supervisor is rude and disrespectful and talks to you as if you’re an inconvenience when that’s literally her job. and WALKED AWAY while mid conversation. like don’t work here if you’re that bothered ?? i get work can be stressful, but it’s just as stressful to lose packages you paid for. wasn’t accommodating and wasted time. this place is the most unprofessional place ever and their excuses were so lame “we don’t use the usps site to look at instructions.” like lmaooo??? what other reason is that site there for
