I came here to pick up a package that apparently needed my signature, Nobody else was in line. So I assumed that I would get service immediately but no, I waited here for over 20 minutes I see this guy on his phone and I try to get his attention but hes like "wait".

I know this place gets some bad reviews, but I have continued to get amazing service here since I moved from Dyker. Kevin, one of the supervisors here is awesome, courteous, and professional. I've had issues in the past with deliveries and he was always able to get stuff fixed right away.However the best person who works at this location, hands down is Miss LuLu. She deserves a raise, vacation days and all the praise. She's always willing to help, goes above and beyond out of her way and has an infectious smile and positive personality. Ever since moving here she had been great since day one to me and my family. She's our main mail person and I would lose my mind if she ever left.

We are a business in the area and have countless issues with this post office. The employees there constantly provide incorrect information and cause us hardships year after year. On top of that one occupant of our office building requested a mail hold so they held our mail too and only after 5+ visits and contacting the postmaster general did they release months worth of our mail to us. Such a disgrace, no wonder USPS is a failing gov't agency!!

I am absolutely horrified that I was refused service at the window to scan two prepaid packages. The supervisor, Watson, was extremely unprofessional when she communicated with the window attendant to refuse me service after I did not take her recommendation to use the self kiosk. There was no signage in the post office suggesting that service would not be provided for prepaid packages at the window. This experience was unacceptable and should not happen to anyone.

Abissmal service. They don't answer their phone. Their fax number is inoperable. Literally no way to contact them.I've spent the past hour trying to get a hold of them to fix a mistake they made that could be potentially costly if not immediately resolved. Yet they make it impossible to communicate with anyone directly at the office. Terrible service. Awful. I wish I could give it zero stars.

I went to this Post Office on Saturday to use the self service kiosk that says open every day from 7 AM to 6PM but the kiosk was inside the waiting area which open till 5PM weekdays, Saturday till 1PM only P O Boxes was accessible.

I don't have any problems with the staff, but I had a bad experience with the supervisor. She is very unpleasant and unprofessional.

I was here early at 9am on a Saturday and there was no line. The only working employee, the lady at the counter, was so pleasant!!

Terrible!!! They don’t really care about us!!! Is it possible rewash who work inside??? I understand who work outside the mailman or mail lady, BUT inside is the worst part!!! Never thought post office send any more packages in my life!!!!This is the place people none any respect!!! They need to go back to school to learn the responsibilities and respects!!!!!!!!

This post office claimed to deliver a priority package (according to their tracking system), but they never delivered it to my address and I never received my package. There is even a sign in the entrance of my building asking USPS and all carriers to ring our bell when making deliveries. I was home all day and no one rang our bell. My neighbor also said she was around at the so-claimed time of delivery and that she didn't see any packages either. Either the carrier delivered at the wrong address, lost or kept my package. Whatever the case, I never received it and USPS are responsibleand should compensate me fully for the item they lost. When i tried to file a claim in their online system USPS said my item was ineligible for a refund. BEWARE and know that this can happen with this branch. Very frustrated and disappointed with USPS, especially this post office. The item they lost was $78+. Since their system claims the package was delivered, the vendor will not replace the item that this USPS branch lost.
