Possibly the worst USPS around. Manager will only talk and interrupt you if you have any mail issues to discuss with them. Don't expect to resolve anything nor have a decent conversation to understand your issue.

Super slow, and the self check out machine is usually broken. Also, I've never seen the drop-off bin without an out of order sign.

one of the ladies that works at the post office had a ton of attitude. she attended this man in front of me that had a pre-paid package to ship off and so did I. When I was next, she said she can’t do that at her window so was she being unfair? Discriminative? Unfortunately, the reviews are true. The attitude of the staff here is unparalleled. Not a single time I’ve been here has the staff been nice. If you just need a drop-off location, it’s fine. But if you need more assistance, please find somewhere else, or you will just waste your time here.

RUDE and Arrogant Staff. This USPS location has been the worst experience. We had scheduled a passport appointment with a photo service for our baby, but upon arrival, we were told their camera was broken. They directed us to a nearby pharmacy for the photo, which took some time. When we returned about an hour later, the head staff dismissed us, saying we were too late, and even mocked us for the delay—completely disregarding how challenging it can be with a small baby.

Management needs to get better. The self-service machine to print labels most of the time is out of labels. And the staff won’t refill it even if you ask.

The wait time is long, though it moves fast at times. I went here to resolve an issue with mail delivery. I asked to speak to a supervisor and they rolled their eyes and laughed at me, and seemed indifferent to the issue I was there to resolve. Very rude staff. Avoid this post office at all costs

Clerks are rude and ask for unnecessary information just to send you home and you have to come back another day. I've been there for 3 weeks trying to find a package that's over 4 weeks delayed and every time they give me a different bogus information. It's really awful to be at the mercy of folks who really couldn't care less about the community they serve.

One of the laziest and terrible offices ever. On more than one occasion I’ve had packages delivered to me that never arrived. No notice left but sitting in this post office each time. I have to file a package inquiry to the postmaster to have it redelivered. They also never pick up the phone despite telling you to call them for any questions.

The facility would not take responsibility for losing my package. They marked it as received and putting it in transit and then tried to blame the seller. their supervisor put me on hold for 20-30 min at a time while they took other calls as well, which I could hear when they forgot to put mine on hold/mute me.
