The lines at this post office can be very long, often more than a 30-minute wait. I’ve been coming here for years since it’s the closest location to my house. Service has improved a little, but as a small business owner who ships frequently, I’ve found other USPS locations to be much faster and more efficient. At times, you may also encounter some attitude or unprofessional behavior from staff. Unfortunately, this is the most convenient location in the neighborhood, so I continue to use it when necessary.

Don’t go here for a passport appointment. You might be told no one is there to help, despite postal workers available to complete the task.
I am grateful to postal worker Carol who, after hearing her colleague’s belligerent attitude, offered to help me despite her long line. She completed the process in about 8 mins.

Worst service
There is NO Forms. I had to ask at a window to get one after lining up on the line. SO SLOW AND RUDE

No staff behind the window and the line is going outside. It’s 9:15 am and I’ve seen one persons order processed since 9.01. This is every single time I step into this office unfortunately.

Lady with the short cut half blonde half black rude as hell I’m tryna gain understanding of why I couldn’t receive my package and she’s being rude and nasty as if I did something to her, I was embarrassed as she did this in front of multiple people yelling at me as if I was nothing

Horrible. Rude. Cancelled my appointment and when I turned up were very rude. Said they wouldn't discuss it with me meanwhile they were arguing with another customer for an hour . Go somewhere else.

Wish I could give a negative review. Always at least 30 min of chaos and a line of 12 wrapping around to the door.
I wait in line 25 min to ship two packages and they won’t let me because it’s in a UPS box. WHAT A JOKE! Told me it’s because they are direct competitors. I ship out vintage items from an online store and I’m switching to UPS. DO NOT SHIP FROM HERE IF USING DEPOP.

I was compelled to write a positive review due to seeing all the negative reviews on here. I have never once experienced a rude interaction with anyone that works at this location. I am always nice to them and they are always nice back. I have even shared a few laughs with them on occasion. I think people should be kinder and nicer to those who work in public facing jobs because they have to answer silly questions all the time, and explain things that can be found online over and over again. They’re probably overworked and underpaid, and they literally support an integral part of our lives.

very efficient. they don’t hand hold anyone, sure, but as long as you know what you’re doing, the woman working there moves with a rapidity that i admired.
wish they had a self service kiosk tho.

I went to pick up a letter and the teller was very nasty. she was very sarcastic when responding after i asked her a question. Come to find out they didn’t have it and she was abrupt for no reason. She needs another job if she doesn’t know how to deal with the public. This was around 12:50 pm.

I think the employees at the post office , some of them are thieves. I mailed out a package to a Poshmark customer, first of all it took a very long time to get to the customer which was strange. It seems like the package was sitting some place. The packaging was changed and the label placed onto it ripped and all. It's a good thing that poshmark paid us , because of their protection program. I have never had this happen to me before with the post office. Some thief ended up with with a brand new, butter soft , red leather Liz Claiborne jacket XL . I know there are thieves everywhere in the world its sad. They took the jacket and put a child's dress in the package

Awful lines, dirty floors and rude employees. Once waited over 40 minutes for a package and had to remind them that I was still waiting for it. It seems like they lose things in the back. Also, their hours of operation are awful. Close at 5 every weekday, so I'm never able to go because of work. I dread going here. Poorly run government institution.

I pickup packages every now and then at this office: not sure about the poor reviews but other than the waiting time one should expect at the postal office, people at the counter are very courteous and professional, and I've witnessed them answering the most incredible questions or requests ("I don't want a shipping label for this package, I want to use my stamps" or "I changed address but didn't notify you and I don't want to give you my new address so why I'm not getting my mail?").
They are understaffed for sure though.
