The United States Postal Service location at 315 Empire Blvd is described by customers as an efficient and reliable local Post Office. Reviewers note that the staff are consistently kind, courteous, professional, and patient, often answering complex or repetitive questions with a willingness to help. Interactions are frequently positive, with some customers sharing laughs with the employees. The service is seen as rapid and efficient for those who know what they are doing. This location offers walk-in passport services and handles package pickups. However, common points mentioned include very long lines and that the office appears understaffed. There is sometimes confusion about which line to stand in, though management assists in directing customers. While the staff receives praise, some customers wish for a self-service kiosk and note that waiting times can be expected. Despite these operational challenges, the employees are recognized for supporting an integral part of community life, often while being perceived as overworked and underpaid. Overall, the location provides secure and affordable mail delivery with a committed, professional team.

This post office is definitely understaffed, but the staff I have encountered do their best and are usually very helpful if you come in with patience and grace. I got the cutest stamps there and was able to mail a bunch of letters.

i got beef with the delivery driver who let my package sit at the post office five days past it's estimated delivery date. it's like they didn't even want to deliver the package. i had to go pick it up myself.
