After 1 delivery attempt I was notified that the courier could not deliver my package because there was no secure location to leave it at(no problem) so it will be held at my local post office for pick up. No slip was left at the door(never is) or if it was it was taken. Fast forward 2-3 days I go to pick up my package but someone had already picked it up. I was at work at the time it was picked up. I filed a claim on Monday. It is now Friday and no one has reached out to me. I called customer service(she was very nice) who escalated my claim and now I have to wait another few days for consumer affairs to potentially not reach out to me. Where does it end? How was it possible for a complete stranger to pick up my package? Does anyone care? Certainly doesn’t feel like it!! Needless to say I don’t recommend this location.

Don’t let the angry employees intimidate you. Stay strong and keep that poker face strong 🫡 also dont expect them to have any packaging supplies and bring your own

I thought that the U.S. Post Office at 609 Myrtle Avenue (Brooklyn, NY) was nicely run with a short wait time and helpful efficient desk workers. I never mind having to go there, for postal needs and money order purchases. I would definitely give them a 5-star rating! (⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐)

Sometimes good sometimes bad. But some of them are always lazy when handling packages only one guy is good there. I handed my mail to a female staff member in the morning and checked to see if my mail was sent in but it never arrived at the recipient. I now only go to drop off and watch to see if they scan my items.

One of the worst experiences I’ve had. The woman at the counter was unbelievably rude and dismissive just because I didn’t have my label printed. She spoke with zero patience or professionalism. Totally uncalled for and unacceptable behavior and attitude. No wonder this branch has the worst reviews.

I needed to mail a payment and the woman explained that the envelope the bank had given me shouldn't have a window advertising that there was a check inside so she gave me the larger enclosed envelope and explained the fastest way to mail given it was past the time for overnight shipping. She did all of this even though I had showed up minutes before closing time, very patient and good service.

I have been going here for years and try to be so prepared and nice when I go in. Always have everything ready and ask how they are doing. Today was just a final straw - they are so rude and offer zero customer service.

This location doesn't have copy machine for your passport application 🤬 make sure bring ur copies with you or pay extra 50¢ by page to the store cross street 😌
