If There Was Such A Circumstance That Met Zero Stars, This Would Be It. For Starters This Location Is Already Horrible But It’s Still In Business Because Of Its Location. But Whomever Is In Charge Of Hiring Needs To Be Evaluated For Proper Procedures & Vetting. I Came To Do Passports @9:48. I Was Told I Was Too Late, Passport Walk-ins Are From 9-10. Unaware Of The Passport Procedure I Was Confused, Long Story Short The Kind Manager Explained It Takes 15 Mins Per Applicant. Understood! Now Prior To The Manager Involvement. There Is A Lady Eating Her Food At The Desk Whiles Servicing Customers. She Puts Down The Sandwich On The Counter Behind The Glass Clearly Visible For All To See & She Says Next. The Per Amount Of Unprofessionalism That Followed Is Egregious. Her Demeanor & Verbiage Was Disgusting, Threatening To Fight, Aggressive Tone, Snarky Facial Expressions & Just Having An Attitude Like Somebody Forced Her To Work At USPS. At One Point A Co-worker Tried To Calm Her Down & Told Her Go To The Back Where She Then Refused & Started Going Back & Forth With The Co-worker. At This Point, We Knew We Are Not The Problem. To Put The Icing On The Cake, This Employee Had Her Sister In The Facility Ready To Fight Customers For Addressing Her Regarding Her Unprofessionalism. Definitely A Safety Hazard, Not For Me .. But For Those Who Can’t Defend Themselves. She Followed Us Almost An Entire Block Threatening To Fight. Lost For Words … All During Business Hours & Whiles Other Customers Wait In Line. As Much As All The Other Low Reviews Mention The Same Issues, This Location Refuses To Change. I Have Her Picture But Dont Want To Post It. But Should You Want To Know Who. It’s The One That Looks Unhealthy, Miserable & Disproportion! Trust Me You'll Know.

They post office constantly refuses to deliver packages to my building even though they are provided with the code and Amazon doesn't have this issue. They always make me pick it up from the post office.

They scmed me for money. The person didn't take original documents, told me that it's not needed, charged me for expedited shipping for copies of my documents and then the actual expedited shipping of passport. Now I received a letter asking for originals of all documents that I wanted to send initially attached to my application. Now I have to pay for this shipping again. People who are not qualified shouldn't work with important documents!!!

I had an appointment today to apply for a passport for my child between 10:30 and 10:45. I took the day off to attend. At 10:35, we were standing in line waiting to be called. After 15 minutes, an employee named Joanna told us we needed to reschedule because we were late. I showed her my appointment confirmation, which clearly states we had a 15-minute service window. She then lied, claiming she was a supervisor, and refused to provide us with service. Meanwhile, there was no line at all for the next 15 minutes.

Coney sialnd psot office lazy the reason packages ar ebeing stolen they lie and lazy and they refuse to deliver your packages to your door they send request and they refuse for eveu package I'm missing I'm tkaing them to small claims court all you have to do is record via camera and lovvu cameras my buikding is recording them everyday starting today the supervisor especially the Sian one is rude and unprofessional they all need to be terminated they need an entire new staff

They don’t come up to deliver packages in my building but I see that he does it at the new building across from mine went to post office a couple days after and my package wasn’t found 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽

Need more people on duty, grossly understaffed. Office needs a bright colors to uplift the interiors. Needs more services, e.g: copy machines, atm,etc.. more courteous, friendlier personnel, right now impolite, sloppy work habits.

Omg The worst passport appointment ever! And all the reviews having the same problems.All staff are rude and disrespectful. I came with three kids on my appointment time and the lady said she needs to eat , after 1,5 of waiting for her we left… never again.

The program from Ukraine automatically fills in the address starting with the street name, then the building number, and then the apartment number. The address was always correct, and all previous packages were delivered without issues — all the delivery people read it correctly. At 9:30 AM, the package was returned to the office, and according to the staff, by 10:00 AM it had already left the office and was sent back to Ukraine. How quickly things move when it’s not needed.
The woman didn’t want to explain everything to my brother, as she had already said her part. We were very concerned because the hotline told us the package was still in 11224. She just kept saying, “It’s not here,” and called the next person in line. When we asked to speak to a supervisor, she said there wasn’t one available either.
Thanks to the second lady, who calmly discussed everything with us and provided information

Whatever you do, do not make a passport appointment here. My appointment was at 1:15 pm and I was not seen until almost 2:40pm. The most humorous part is that when you make an appointment with them for a passport, the appointment requests for you to arrive 10 min prior. The workers are ALL rude. When you ask to speak or call manager / supervisor : no response. Makes me wonder if anyone is actually managing this place. After almost 3 hours of waiting, I left in tears, a headache, and arguing with half the office. All the clients agree this place is horrible. I don’t understand why the majority of workers lack basic communication & people skills. They yell, have attitude, and dismiss you. Based on the reviews I’m not the first or last to experience this postal offices treatment. If this place does not change, they will loose all business. It is also very unsanitary with dark spots growing on the glass. I can’t speak for everyone, but I know me or my family will never be returning here

Just pure laziness I had some Medicated shampoo that was supposed to be dropped off: And literally five minutes ago my package said it could not be delivered and I went downstairs and the mail person was there and they said it’s management’s fault that they couldn’t take the package and deliver it to my house not only was my package not attempted to be dropped off. Nobody wanted to. I’m tired of this laziness from the post office honestly, all of these establishments this needs to be shut down. Sued and police reports need to be filed . The federal government no longer deserves to handle our mail. I will be visiting this post office later today and filing a complaint immediately
