This post office has the rudest staff ever they have no care, consideration or sympathy for the community at all I had came to get a package which I needed urgently unprofessional staff missed my delivery. They said that they came to do a delivery and I have camera footage where no one came in front of my door then they called me in person to go and two buffoon staff memberswho probably have nothing better to do in their own lives, but are working at a post office saw to lecture me about how I came late. I was there exactly 1 minute prior to closing and then the lady mentioned how she’s not going to take time out of her life to go look for my package and was extremely disrespectful and rude about it alongside with all the other staff members not a single staff member here has any sympathy or care yet alone any customer service skills very pathetic staff members alongside with management USPS fails to take any action against them upon many complaints which I have made this is the worst post office and should get closed and all those people should get fired

One of the irresponsible staff they should sit home not in the post office wasting people money and time
I sent a package abroad the black guy in the window typed another country address now the package is stuck in jfk and I went to the post office three time they keep saying we can’t do nothing this time I will take cops with me.

The delivery person did not even try to deliver my signature package. I didn’t hear a knock, no message, no call, no nothing. I stayed home the whole whole day for this package and it happened even twice. Now they making me travel 30 minutes per way to pick up a package when it’s their fault. It wasn’t even that hard to deliver it. I live in a place with elevator and I was sure it worked well. Acting like I made them climbed 5 step of stairs or something

I was there today Jun 2025 to make a passport for my son. Appointment was 245. We got there 235 and were out the door 243! The Asian female worker was thorough, clear, and quick.
In April, when I was there for something unrelated, I stood in line for a very long time.
It seems to me that they're definitely improving

This place is a complete joke. The staff are downright rude, lazy, and clearly don’t give a damn about customers. I stood in line forever while employees moved like they were half-asleep — one even walked off without saying a word. No urgency, no respect, no basic professionalism. It’s infuriating. If you actually value your time or sanity, stay far away from this place. Whoever’s running this location should ashamed
No body was there for 10 min and nobody care about line of customers
