have never had a problem w this post office. the employees are professional and the line moves fast. there is a self service kiosk and a separate glass closet for dropping off packages.

This post office is characterized by very poor service. After waiting for 35 minutes, clerk number 30 finally showed up at the counter, by which time a long line had already formed in the hall. The clerk refused to accept cash for sending a letter, saying “I don’t serve cash, only debit cards,” and even refused credit cards. He told me to leave and come back with a card. He did not redirect me to another clerk, even though that one was accepting cash as usual. They didn’t even have a single pen available. It is a disgraceful office, with disgraceful employees who could barely hide their joy at having an excuse to turn me away. Hopefully, the post office will switch entirely to electronic service. And they should also dismiss the targeted hire employees, who clearly have no desire to work in the first place.

Truly the slowest and very incompetent service. Wish it was rather automated than having staff like this to deal with. Other locations, especially in the suburbs are amazing in comparison.

This post office serves no purpose open but a reminder of how terrible it is and its service. The only way this post office can function properly is if they move the current staff to another location and bring better people. The current staff are rude, extremely slow, and lack the ability to help service customers properly. It’s a shame that in such a beautiful neighborhood, this the neighborhood post office. Regular wait time for simple requests and services can run anywhere between 30 min to 1 hr so plan accordingly. Shame, shame, shame. 0 stars. There’s never any refills of papers you need to use for deliveries, passports, etc and everything is just a mess. It’s not lacking in staff as there is a crew working at this location. I advise trying to go to another location if you can to avoid disappointment. Lines are always out the door.

Garbage service! I can’t believe it’s 2025, and they make you wait in the line for 30minutes only to tell you that they don’t have a printer and they can’t print a prepaid label. Can’t wait that all of these people be replaced by AI. Better artificial intelligence than zero intelligence.

I cannot stand this post office! They lost a package I was sending for a trade in resulting in me losing money and whenever a package requires signature they NEVER come to my door. I went to the post office to pick up my package, it wasn’t there, they said they were redelivering today and I buzzed them into my building but STILL DIDNT COME TO MY DOOR to collect signature now I have to go back! Never use this location and move away if you can!

Very disappointed!
I’ve been standing here for 25 minutes. It’s 10:00 AM, the post office opened at 9:30, but there are no employees at the window. The line keeps growing, and no one is being helped.
This is completely unprofessional and shows zero respect for customers’ time.
If you value your time — avoid this location.

The woman here took so long to find someone's package it felt like she took her lunch break followed by her smoke break. The work ethic here is notoriously horrible. It's one thing to be rude but it's even worse to not be able to complete your task within a reasonable time frame.
