They lost two of my packages worth over $800. I submitted a complaint on their website stating that I hadn't received them, but they replied claiming the packages had been delivered. I am absolutely certain they were never delivered; I checked all the surveillance footage, and no delivery was ever made.

This location needs to be shut down it is so bad. The whole USPS needs to be shut down as well.
