Wil was pleasant and professional. He was very knowledgeable and very efficient! Even when inundated with a gaggle of other customers, he single handedly juggled between them and me and I my husband. We were quite satisfied!
There needs to be more help in the store.

Very poor service. My dad waited 45 minutes to drop off our old router. I called and live chat with Verizon prior to his visit to confirm that we just needed to show our order number and drop off the item. Upon arriving at the store the agent assisting him tried four times and said he couldn't find his order number even though my father showed him the email we received. He even gave him the account number and still wasn't able to find it. Even though the agent wasn't able to find the order number he took the router from my father and packaged it and didn't give him a receipt or confirmation number for the drop off and walked away. He was ignored by him and while he was gone my father called me and I went on a live chat with an agent who said he could help me with processing a return as long as I provided my old router's serial number but the agent at the store took it from my father and packaged it and wasn't assisting him. The agent at the store didn't have a name tag on either so we couldn't file a complaint on him but he worked at the gateway drive location, young, with curly hair and was working between 1:30pm-2:30pm on Monday 7/1/24. After 45 minutes a manager came up to finally assist him and confirmed the phone number and email address and said he's all set. All this just to return a old router. Horrible customer service at this location will definitely not be coming back had we known it would be this complicated we would've requested a return label from the very beginning. It is one thing not being trained properly and it is another not getting the right person to further assist us and making sure things such as returning a old router doesn't require a nearly an hour. While everyone at the store got assisted my father got IGNORED. DO BETTER.
