Very poor customer service and crooks ! They lied to my 70 year old mom about a promotion which turned out to be a lie . She ended up with a new phone line and number which she did not have any knowledge about. They are probably stealing numbers for their own benefit somehow . She felt conned by a crook .

The customer service at this location is probably the worst of the worst! I didn’t have the option to give a zero and had to give 1 star which is def too much. I was there with my family to fix an issue which wasn’t resolved over the phone which was another terrible experience. My cousin was on the phone with them for days and hours. Everyone claimed to be an expert but didn’t know shit and kept transferring the call over. Which started the process all over again. Verizon sucks! They told us to come into the store. When we got there the store representatives said we should go home and call bc they couldn’t really do much. Once again Verizon you suck! They were very dismissive. On top of it we had just came out of work and I had my three year old with me thinking it was going to be a quick process. We were there for over an hour and didn’t even see a manager bc they were supposedly busy with other clients. Other people that came after us were seen by the manager. We were very respectful and patient but no one cared bc they didn’t want to put in the work. We weren’t the only ones being treated rudely. A middle aged woman came into the store asking if they had a charger for her phone. The employee who was rude to us immediately looked at her phone and said no we don’t have it without even giving her a chance. She was very surprised and said you don’t even know what phone I have. He said I can tell by the look of it. Again very dismissive. He might’ve knew that they didn’t carry the charger by looking at it, however, as a customer service representative you have to show some type of care and kindness to your customers. Unacceptable behavior and disgusting customer service. We will never go back.

I had one of the worst customer service experiences at this Verizon Wireless store. The staff was dismissive, unhelpful, and seemed more interested in chatting with each other than assisting customers. I waited far longer than necessary, and when I was finally helped, the representative was rude and clearly in a rush to get me out the door. I came in with a simple question, and instead of receiving support, I left feeling frustrated and completely ignored.
If Verizon values its customers, they need to seriously address how this location treats people. I won’t be returning to this store, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

I came in with a relatively minor issue that my RCS chat was not working. Was told by a customer service representative that I could be helped at the store then was told by a rep at the store that I could not be helped. So I was caught in between the phone rep & the store rep & neither resolved my issue. My issue actually became worse when the phone rep deactivated my SIM card so now I had no network or phone service & this store doesn't seem to have or carry SIM cards. My phone now completely didn't work and I was fresh out of luck because it failed during numerous attempts to download an ESIM so after a few hours I left the store with a worse problem than I came in with. Why I would have to go to an independent Verizon store in Kings Plaza to get something as simple as a SIM card is beyond me. Nothing to do with this store but that night a customer rep on the phone told me my phone would start to work on Friday & HUNG UP the phone on me! Besides the fact that it was Monday! It was absolutely false because my phone wouldn't magically start working WITHOUT a SIM card! Totally disgusted with the customer service experience. T-mobile never ever treated me like this & has me regretting ever making the switch to Verizon.

I recently visited the Verizon store and I was disappointed with the service I received.
First, I had to wait a long time before anyone attended to me, despite the store not being particularly busy. Once I was finally helped, the representative seemed uninformative and rushed, which left me with more questions than answers regarding my phone plan.
Additionally, I encountered issues with my phone that were not adequately addressed, leading to ongoing problems. I expected better customer service from a well-known company like Verizon.
I hope this store can improve its service for future customers.

I went in to this Verizon store to possibly open a new line, I was there for around 30 min and I got no help at all. I suggest you avoid this store at all cost. I will be taking my business elsewhere

Such a horrible experience! Avoid this place like the plague. Had an issue with my iPhone and when I walked in took almost 5 min to be helped, then when I finally got someone they were very dismissive and just ended up telling me to call customer service just to get rid of me. AVOID!! Thinking about going to ATT because of this.

I was actually there while the last person that left a review was. OMG I was absolutely mortified how he and that other lady was treated I was there just looking for a charger. I could not believe how management and the reps were treating him and a couple other customers that came in. Felt so bad for him and the people he was with which was also a a little girl maybe about 3-4 years old. You figure you go to any store with an issue and they help you especially if you're a customer. The rep in front of the store kept on saying we cant/we don't do that here and just wouldn't help. Will def. Veer from this store and verizon in general im still shocked on how that family was treated just absolutely hideous!

Wow I've never been treated like I was yesterday absolutely horrible just the worst experience ever went there for technical support and the guy in the front told me to call for help I was there with my family because I have 5 lines that have issues with all of em and they did nothing saw this older lady come in after and they didn't help her neither dont go there stay away they never have Sim cards and will not help and just pass the buck verizon as a whole because they're customer service on the phone is also horrendous will be switching to t mobile later today dont switch youll save money but not your sanity!!! The worst experience I've ever had in my life!!! That store is absolutely atrocious!!!

Me and my partner had a wonderful experience at this Verizon branch, came to switch from t mobile to Verizon. The staff was very patience and welcoming with us. Jose made the process very fast and answered all our questions.
