If you go to this store you must have Nicole help you. There were some complications swinging over my account from T Mobile. But Nicole saw it through every step of the way. Thank you for the outstanding customer service. You truly went above and beyond. You are truly an asset to Verizon.

Went to Verizon in Bayridge 5th Ave and Ray was very helpful. He fixed my problem in under two minutes. I have never had such a quick response to a problem at this store ever! Thank you Ray.
