W12 Car Spa is a highly recommended car wash in Brooklyn, known for its quality hand wash. Customers appreciate that the crew knows what to do and provides wonderful service with attention to detail. The staff is described as welcoming, kind, very hard working, and efficient. They offer a fast and clean service, using no brushes on the exterior to avoid scratches. The spot is located in a used car dealership, making entry and exit a bit tight but doable. Wait times can be lengthy, especially on weekends, and there is no store for items like air fresheners, only a small waiting area. However, the excellent results and friendly, quality work make it a gem where you won't find this quality elsewhere.

Probably the best place in New York. They do everything perfectly, and I honestly haven’t seen better service anywhere else. The staff is great, and Frank is the man — a true master of his craft who always works miracles. Highly recommend this place!
