“I showed up to Nationwide Auto & Truck Painting to inquire about a quote and spoke with David. I explained to David someone swiped my car while parked and showed him the damage. Not only did David understand my frustration, he didn’t immediately hit me with his much the damage would cost. He offered to use an oil of some kind to wipe the scuff marks away. I had inquired about just repairing all the marks indefinitely. David was patient, professional, and understanding of my needs. I will definitely be back for sure. I love the level of quality and care from this place. I have used them in the past.”

I brought in my Audi because the door needed to be completely replaced, and from the beginning I felt that my car was in good hands. Working on an Audi requires attention to detail, especially when it comes to body alignment, fitment, paint matching, and making sure everything looks and feels exactly the way it did from the factory. They handled the entire job extremely professionally.
The new door was installed perfectly. The alignment, panel gaps, paint match, and overall finish came out excellent. You honestly cannot tell that the door was ever replaced. Everything looks clean, precise, and factory-original. I am very particular about my car, so I paid close attention to the details when I got it back, and I was extremely impressed with the quality of their workmanship.
What I appreciated most was the professionalism and care they showed throughout the process. They clearly know what they are doing and take pride in their work instead of just trying to get the job finished quickly. The level of craftsmanship and attention to detail made a big difference.
Finding an auto body shop that you can trust with a higher-end vehicle is not always easy, but after my experience here I would absolutely trust Downtown Ronnie Auto with my Audi again. The car looks great, the repair was done properly, and the entire experience gave me confidence in their team.
If you have an Audi, BMW, Mercedes, or any vehicle that needs body work, collision repair, or a panel/door replacement, I would definitely recommend giving them a visit. “I'd been looking for a local shop to take my car for a while, but with the sheer number it was difficult to decide until I came across Salerno. Everyone there is so friendly and helpful, which makes a huge difference for me. I also did not feel like they assumed I know nothing about cars (which is often the case as a woman until I start talking about what I DO know). They were very quick to look at what was needed, gather the parts, and the next day get the car done same-day. I find the prices to be very reasonable, especially compared to what the dealer quoted me for the same exact repair. Salerno was also way more thorough than the dealer on looking at what I pinpointed as concerns, and fixed exactly what I suspected was the issue. I'll note that I pointed out the same exact issue to the dealer, and it was absolutely overlooked. Definitely will be taking my car to Salerno for all future repairs!
Edit to add: When I first came in, I had my dog with me, and everyone loved him - he even got his weight in treats from the guys!”

“Today, August 21, 2026, I was driving by and randomly went to Fiero Collision because someone decided to christen my 23 day old car in the Georgetown parking lot. The wheel bumper/lip thing was taken off and the car sustained a few scrapes. I was lucky enough to meet Al. He looked at my car and recommended several options on what to do. Al took the wheel bumper/lip thing made some adjustments and was able to put it back on, saving me time and money. Al was very knowledgeable, courteous and professional.
