  They need to do better. I have to stand on a long line just to pick up my package. They should have a separate line for people who are picking up there package.

  Terrible, I showed up at 8:30 and they were already turning the lights off, told me they had my prescriptions but could fill them because they were “cleaning up” can’t say I’m surprised but cmon man.

  I’m going to report this location to Walgreens corporate and the Better Business Bureau. They lost my prescription, were rude on the phone, and then kept putting me on hold for over 20 minutes when I tried to call back. I eventually moved my prescription to another location. If you can, please avoid this location.

  Don’t bother calling if you want to try to avoid it forever long line in the store. Was on hold for 2 hours only for the call to disconnect when I got to the end. Once I called again the operator said the pharmacy is closed. If you actually need your medication don’t order it here. When they are open, the people who work there are great though. Just know the lines can be rough around lunch time.

  It's a decent pharmacy for the amount of people that work there which is roughly like 7 for the whole store. I have never experienced this 2 hour time suck that these people complain about here and I've been going there for half a decade. The longest delay I've experienced was 40 minutes and that has happened due to the rapid gentrification of the general area. Please note that your experience is individual. If you are an uppity yuppie self absorbed transplant any amount of time will feel like an eternity. Or if you are someone farming likes in comment sections of review boards then maybe try looking inward and review yourself. Seriously I read some reviewer on this post who also reviewed a coffee shop and was so proud of himself that he walked out with indignation because a cup of coffee with milk was 5 dollars, it's nyc buddy in 2025 get real that 1 star wasn't valid. Moral of the story is if it's too long a wait move back to where you came from so we natives can have decent service again.

  The pharmacy is a disaster. Extremely long wait times, terrible communication, frequent errors. Go anywhere else for your medicine, trusting this place with your health is a mistake.

  Extremely disappointed with this pharmacy. They failed to prioritize a time-sensitive prescription for my toddler, showing no sense of urgency or consideration. When it comes to children’s health, prompt attention should be a given—not an afterthought.

  Almost every time I call this pharmacy I’m manually put on hold and then hung up on. If it’s not life threatening, you’re not worth the time.

  One of the worst places I’ve ever been in my whole life. If you walk in, be prepared to be there for 2+ hours and leave empty handed. I would sooner die than go in this building ever again.
