Walgreens Pharmacy is a mixed bag when it comes to customer experiences. While the pharmacists are often praised for going above and beyond to help customers, the overall operation of the store can be a source of frustration for some. The pharmacy line is a common point of complaint, with reports of long wait times and disorganization. Some customers have experienced waits of up to 2 hours, only to have the call disconnected or find the pharmacy closed when they finally reach the front of the line. However, others have not experienced such lengthy delays, with the longest wait being around 40 minutes. The store's overall product selection is described as decent, catering to the needs of the local neighborhood. Unfortunately, the customer base is sometimes characterized as "ghetto," with reports of frequent shoplifting incidents. Despite these challenges, the Walgreens Pharmacy team is generally commended for their efforts. The pharmacists are said to have provided exceptional service, even going so far as to locate and transfer a needed medication from another location during a stressful time. While the customer experience can vary, Walgreens Pharmacy seems to be a functional, if imperfect, option for the community it serves.

Please be nicer to the employees. I feel bad for the pharmacy staff, every time I’m there they get harassed.

Incompetent, lazy, and slow pharmacy. Would not recommend, can’t even fill a simple pain management script in 45 minutes if their lives depended on it. Hired the worst pharmacist money can buy
