Webster Bank on 18th Avenue is by far the best branch I have ever went to. Each time I have gone to this location I am treated with respect and the associates are always willing to help and are efficient.

There is almost no customer service at this bank anymore -- 1 teller, 1 customer service agent. The line for any kind of assistance have gotten very long. The bank will certainly lose a lot of business if it continues this way.
