“Here's the good - the dim sum is delicious. They supply to restaurants who don't have the capacity to do it themselves, so of course it's quality. Here's the bad - it's expensive, and the staff are jerks. At least in the Brooklyn location. They try to rush you and seem annoyed that you even dare order as a layperson. My recommendations are the chicken feet, chive dumplings, the shiu mai, and the har gow (shrimp dumplings). They're all very good.”
