Windsor Shoes is a neighborhood store with a nice and very good selection of quality shoes. The sizing can be very limited and some pairs are more pricey than elsewhere. Customer service has improved; it used to be spotty, bad, and sometimes rude, but staff are now described as amazing, helpful, respectful, patient, and efficient. The business offers a loyalty program for frequent customers.
Really helpful staff and well stocked store. Great place for hiking or otherwise practical shoes.

I had such a nice experience here. My feet are thoroughly messed up and I needed to try on actual shoes. They had a great selection and size range, plus helpful staff.

looked into buying Dansko Clogs today and Chris was soooo helpful with sizing. Ultimately did not purchase because they did not have my size in the color I wanted. Will be back!
