“I went to Brooklyn Running Company today to find a new pair of running shoes for an upcoming event, and I honestly couldn’t have had a better experience! I wasn’t sure which shoe would be the best fit for me, but Aaron was fantastic from start to finish (pun intended). He took some measurements, watched me walk, had me do a few exercises, and then brought out three different pairs for me to try and test on their treadmill. All three felt great, but I ultimately went with a pair of Brooks. Aaron explained exactly why they would be the best fit for my needs, which made me feel confident in my decision. What really stood out to me, though, was the incredible customer service. I heard Aaron mention to another customer that the store was short staffed today but that he would be right with him and you would never have known it unless he said something. I never felt rushed, overlooked, or like I wasn’t getting the attention I needed. Aaron was energetic, personable, knowledgeable, and genuinely seemed to enjoy helping me find the right shoe. The whole experience was fun, informative, and completely stress free. I walked out with a great new pair of Brooks and a huge smile on my face! I’ll absolutely be coming back to Brooklyn Running Company for my next pair of shoes. Highly recommend!”
