UPDATE: You learn more about a company after the work than before. This is the case with 311 Auto. After two months, the part they installed was determined to be faulty by the Jeep dealer and is going to cost me $500 to repair their shoddy work. I have called them repeatedly and they are now ghosting me as they clearly do not stand behind their work, despite touting a great 12 month warranty. I called them within days of the repair to let them know the work did not yield the needed results of keeping the Jeep cool during normal operation. I have filed a complaint with the local BBB and am now forced to dispute the charges with my credit card company. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, ESPECIALLY JEEP OWNERS OR VETERANS.ORIGINAL POST: Everyone hates getting their car repaired. Everyone is scared to get ripped off or have shoddy work performed. THIS IS NOT THAT COMPANY! They were amazing in every aspect. I am a full time RVer and as such, have limited time in each market. I showed up at their office with no notice and they completed some major repairs in under four hours from arrival to departure. They walked me through everything so I clearly understood what needed to be done and provided great insight into other suggested repairs that while not an immediate need, were definitely on the radar. The bill was reasonable BEFORE they applied a veteran discount. You can tell this is a veteran-owned business from the second you walk in the door. While the place is not much to look at when you roll in, don't judge a book by its cover. These guys were epic and if I lived in the area, 311 Auto are the only guys I'd let touch my Jeep. They are incredibly experienced in working on Jeeps as they are all off-roaders that have owned Jeeps for decades. Thank you for a great experience.Services: Electrical repair

Very nice people even the dog is nice and very friendly. They did EXCELLENT WORK on my exhaust, my 11 year old pos impala is so quiet I thought it was a 2021 impala. The problem was the next day the emergency brake line was hanging from my car and I couldn’t drive it. When I got it towed to the shop the owner called me and said my brakes wasn’t good which was a lie. I got them done 3 weeks ago(the old pads still in the trunk and then said my control arms was bad and rear hub needed replacing(although it was fine the day before that brake line got cut) Their mechanic show me the bottom of my car the day before and didn’t say a word about control arms. I took it to another shop they said brakes and control arms were good and he fixed what was hanging front the ground and replace the rear hub for 100 dollars. 311 wanted 1000 dollars. Very nice people, very nice dog but that trying to get over on me isn’t cool at all.Service: Exhaust

There was this noise in my front wheels and the manager of the store told me, it was because my wheel bearings needed replacement. I asked “how much are the wheel bearings?” and he said “$130.” So I took my car there and then when I went to go pick it up. This front desk lady told me it was $580. I was very upset so I requested to speak to the manager. And when I spoke to him, he told me what he meant was the “one wheel bearing is $130” but I still had to pay for the labor work. Obviously, I had totally misunderstood what he had told me. Being a broke college student, the manager came to a compromise. And made me pay for the two wheel bearings he had used for the wheels to a total of $260. So, I ended up not paying for the labor work. They are very kind and understanding and keep to their word. One time when I dropped my car off, they gave me a ride home. Such amazing people. I totally recommend.Service: Tires

Giving 1 stars because they are nice people but idk about honest. I went in for a an oil leak came out of pocket $500 then went back because the actual problem wasn’t fixed and they wanted me to come out of pocket another $400 and that was a “discounted” price. I took my vehicle somewhere else and the ACTUAL problem was fixed and only costed $175. Again nice people but I feel like they didn’t really take the time to figure out what was really wrong and just wanted me to keep coming back spending all this money to fix stuff that weren’t the initial problem.Service: General repairs & maintenance

On July 14, my car died on me, after I got to my rental property on Kenmore Ave. Miles from home and with limited alternatives for getting back there, due to COVID-19, I first called AAA and then determined I'd need more than a battery boost. We found 311 Auto who said they could replace the starter same day. Huge relief! They not only took care of the repair promptly, they actually completed the work ahead of when they promised. Very grateful for their service and the fact they were so close by.
