The new cashiers they’ve hired are working hard. I was extremely impressed by the professionalism of the staff when I went there on a busy New Year’s Eve night. I believe the names were Loria the manager and Jamar the cashier. I apologize if I mistake the spelling. Despite numerous aggressive and disturbing customers, they kept their composure and delivered excellent, expedient service to the legitimate customers. Previous employees at this establishment have made me want to avoid it, but the staff on duty on New Year’s Eve have changed my mind.

Very nasty rude woman working this morning 12/4/2024 around 10 am.I don't know what her issue is but every single time i see her she has an attitude no matter what!
Thats not how you treat your customers especially when i regularly visit but that may be changing If i come and see her working ill gladly make a uturn out the door and drive else where for my coffee and breakfast!! Unbelievable but ill leave 3 stars because everyone else is very nice and welcoming!

Night shift be always right with the food and service. David and his new night team member juron always be so friendly and know how to give a good service. Food always fresh.

I just got off from the store. I didn’t buy anything because of the employee. Store was busy. Me and couple more customers were waiting for the refrigerator to get some beer. It’s been 15 minutes. The guy said I will come. And I said How long will we wait more?
The guy said I don’t have to sell liquor to you if you’re a rush us. How dare he can speak like that? Is the only one in Buffalo? That’s why I didn’t buy anything from there probably I won’t buy anymore Because of the Acting of employees. He should’ve educated. He needs to learn how to make balance for customers and how manage the costumers. More professionalism buddy. ;)

The black girl behind the counter was very rude and disrespectful to me. I'm a dasher and I was picking up some beverages from a customer that required ID. She asked to see MY ID so I had to go to my vehicle to get it. It was in my wallet and it's in a clear sleeve so I opened it up and showed her. Then she said let me see it. So I put it closer to her. Then she said VERY RUDELY "TAKE IT OUT" I said I would've if you would've asked me that the first time. So when I took it out and handed it to her she snatched it out of my hand looked at my very nasty and shoved it back in my hand. This happened around 2:30-3:00 on. 2)17 Saturday afternoon. I hope the manager sees this because she doesn't need to be working there.

Not open at night early as 10pm.You can't load money onto a card via their system unless a manager is there from 7am to 3pm. This location is next to a college where they could make money by staying open

Not open on a Sunday afternoon? Not only that but they haven't had baskets for shopping in YEARS. Not very convenient for a CONVENIENCE STORE.

I tried loading my PayPal card to pay bills. They were closed,3 x I webt ,the 4th tine they saud only a manager could load card n she was the manager but she wasn't logged in so she couldn't do it! It's 3pm now n we went back cuz we dobt drive n needed actual food like eggs, the sign just sats CLOSED. WWho knows their hours. No one wants to work anymore. Just close it then if u r randomly open. N people r supposed to depend on 711 for the new bus tickets smh lame. Just close, you r rareky open as it is

Never opened when you need them. Needed to load my card n they said only a manager could do it n they were there but not logged in sothey couldnt do it !!! The machines dont work either. No reason to even bother trying to go thereLovely

Saw people get into fight in the store. Horrifying…. Also don’t take card most of time, just tons of troubles in three days.

I worked for them and it was horrible. I quit today as things are unfair. Good luck with everything who ever goes there or works there.
