If I could give this place a zero I would! Maggie and Tony are the two rudest people I ever met I told them I could pay 150 and then when I got my next check pay the extra 39 bucks Maggie told me aboustley not after I said my aunt just passed times are tough right now Tony is just as mad I highly recommend not buying a thing from them!!!!! The washer I had to buy the plug because they would not send it out to me and then told me they would reimburse me if I bought it never seen a penny from that! Just disgusting how people can treat people like that!!!

The manager is awful and has a terrible attitude. Her name is Maggie. I was so disgusted with her disposition that I decided to cancel my purchase all together.

Some yrs ago I got a table and chair set, I got a almost brand new portable whirlpool dishwasher that's still going strong. I feel blessed having a dishwasher. I had 4 pymntsOnly but I did it in 2 wks. No problems at all I got a mirror for my dresser too. I prefer these ppl rather than rent a center. They're just nasty to me but I got in the 80's a brand new dbl. Door fridge with no fingerprints. It's still going strong. I had to pay 80.00 a month for 18 mos. I had to get freon put in it but that's all. So I can't complain. But they'll call and threaten to come get whatever you have. Then they got to bring stuff back and it's just 1 big Hassel. But I made it.

Was completely ignored by staff when there were zero other customers. If looks could kill, the woman behind the counter would have made it so I wouldn't be able to write this.

Place has no consideration for peoples circumstances … Maggie and Tony are both unprofessional … I am late on payment due to loosing my job … payment was due on Friday .. I told them we will make it this Friday … that was not good enough they threaten you with collecting the stuff without any grace period … mind you I just made half the payment last Friday … Maggie and Tony both hung up on me once I started to get aggravated of them not being understanding … saying that “your dominating the conversation and we will come to your house and call you every day” … first time ever renting anything and these people are terrible and costumer experience
