Only giving one star because it won’t let me put 0. Rude, unprofessional people. Last week they came to my house and opened my screen door while my normal door was open and stepped inside my home UNINVITED to put something on the handle. Today they POUNDED on my door because I didn’t get there fast enough due to my 2 babies I was tending for. But there’s a note stating do not knock due to the babies and they disregarded it and when I answered the door pissed they had no care. The manager doesn’t see issues with any of her employees either. Let’s not forget their favorite line “our online pay site doesn’t really truly correctly reflect what you owe so don’t actually go off that” no thanks I’m not paying more then what their site tells me.

I will never order anything from a Aarons again I ordered a Montana captains bed frame over 2 months ago and the trundle is missing they keep coming up with excuses. I called them to come pick up the bedframe and couch and I was told they would be here between 10 and 12 pm I'm still waiting

I have had several dealings with the South Park store and Erin in particular, they have always been professional and true to their word. They were very willing to work with me when I had financial issues . Have bought three times from them.

This place is a joke they don't listen and just do want they want they fail to tell you certain things like when I was ordering a new living room set they failed to tell Me that my coffee and end tables and lamps weren't included when I went to go pay off one she took out way more than she should have her name is Erin and than proceed to say it wasn't her fault when she was the one on the computer she's lucky I had the money in my account this place is horrible I use to be a great customer but never again

Terrible customer service, very limited on products, they advertise zero dollars down for a month, yet they don't have the product, then they say we will have it the following week but that deal we won't have then. What a scam, go somewhere else!!

Aaron's is amazing!! They're professional, super friendly & super fast!! They've been a total "lifesaver" for us 3 times now- with a washer & dryer, a bed and just today, a refrigerator!! I walked in, picked what I wanted, signed the papers & was on my way home in about 10min- and they had it here & up and running within a couple hours!! Thank you, Aaron's!!😊
