I was told I would receive a phone call 15 minutes before they would come drop my washer and dryer off that is not what happened! The delivery man came to my house and left he didn’t say anything or why he was leaving. The man was gone for almost 40 minutes before he returned. I had to contact Aarons more than once asking where the delivery man was. Roy or Ray or Ron whatever that man’s name was, was very rude and had the audacity to tell me no one asked me to take off work and that I needed to wait for them to come back or they would just reschedule. Quick PSA when I spoke with the lady regarding them dropping it off I made her aware that I would be coming from work and she said that was fine. So they dropped off the washer and dryer but didn’t bring the hose that lets the hot/cold water in the washer and the dryer duct They said I could either go purchase it myself or wait until tomorrow. They offered for me to go to the store but at that time it was already 7:10 the store closes at 7. Please go to any other Aarons except for this one! 0/10 if I could

They will harass u when u a day late but soon u call them to ask them to shampoo or fix the sectional I rented they told me to go rent a shampoo machine n do it myself but they want my money. I refuse to keep paying money for not fixing things… don’t rent from this place

Horrible place just recently quit because I got tired of working at this nasty place.. Aarons lease furniture that has bed bugs and roaches they don't care how the product gets delivered as long it get delivered . they don't clean the product.be careful ordering from 3411 bailey ave cuz ronald will set u up nd u could eventually have bed bugs by not being cautious or careful
