Terrible place to live , everything inside of here breaks , closet door came off , toilet handle broken , toilet constantly stays clogged , the kitchen sink didn’t go down for a long time also , save your money please !!! Super small inside , not enough room at all , you won’t like it there. Trust me , please don’t drop anything on the floor on accident , your neighbors will call and complain just about that.

I've been with adco for 2 years now, everything was good until recently. I had done a short term lease and there's a $30 short term lease fee that I was paying. For those 6 months I struggled big time and honestly I can't afford it, much less now. So when it was time to renew I never got the renewal letter, I ended up calling and was told my lease expired 2 months ago. So, I'm thinking my rent is actually less normally so I'll comit to doing yearly lease instead. Well when I get the new lease, my rent goes up $33, coincidence????? I see what was done here, adco figured because I paid that amount before that I can still do it but the reality is I can't and that is why I was willing to comit to a year. Mind you I am not a bad tenant, i have never missed a single payment, I don't call for petty little things, never had a complaint from neighbors about me, nothing just pay my rent and take care of my apartment. Really which they could understand me and just give me a break even if it's just for this year, don't know what I am going to do now, i just can't make that payment.

Update: Adco got ahold of me after seeing this review and resolved the issue.Would be great if the website and app for paying my rent worked. Ever since they switched to rent cafe it's been nothing but issues, the website and app have been down for 6 days now. I do not have time to drive to the adco building to pay in person so now I have to try to find the time to mail my payment so I don't get hit with a late fee because their services do not work.

ADCO is a family-owned company who has helped me several times when I was running behind on rent. They waived multiple late fees for me even though policies told them not to. They value communication and always responded positively when helping me!

I had multiple issues while living in an apartment owned by Adco. My fiancé and I lived in one of their apartments in Depew from March 2015 until March 2016. I found out I was pregnant in July 2015 (which the landlord became aware of) and my due date was March 28th, 2016. One fun issue we ran into too many times to count was our vehicles getting stuck in the "parking lot" because their plow guys were slacking on clearing it out. I also had to walk from the Burger King parking lot (Broadway and Transit) to Terrance Blvd (where the apartment building was) in the winter with sidewalks covered in ice, while pregnant, because there weren't enough parking spaces for each apartment (8 apartments, 6 parking spaces although 1 space of off-street parking was promised in the lease). I called the main office multiple times and the issue was never resolved. On February 28th, 2016, we received a letter from Adco that our lease was being terminated and we had to move out by April 1st. They gave us a MONTH to pack up and move out with no reason for the termination of our lease while also knowing I was pregnant, 8 months by this time. What woman in their right mind wants to pack up an entire apartment and move at 8 months pregnant? To top it off, they called me a week and a half later and offered the apartment back to us because they had a change of plans. This was a life experience that I will NEVER forget and although I enjoy life lessons, this was a mountain of stress that I didn't need while I was pregnant. Watch your back if you decide to rent from them.
