I placed an order online for some gas line antifreeze. It said that orders will usually be ready within 30 minutes. I didn't get a chance to go that night so I went the next day. I picked up my order and then had an additional question for the employee there about a snowblower, and he helped out a lot. He went into great detail to try to help me and our situation here with a snowblower that suddenly just stopped working. He told me what to look for and let me know that they have parts and things that we need there for it. Gas line antifreeze was reasonably priced. And the gentleman was very helpful. The store was spacious and clean, and not all cluttered up.

Dropped in for a replacement set of turn signal bulbs for my jeep. They didn’t have the correct bulb in stock, but the display was organized in a way that I was able to determine that within seconds. I didn’t interact with any of the staff beyond answering the question of, “Can I help you find anything?” with a simple confirmation that they did not have what I was seeking.

Do NOT come here unless you want to be treated like a thief for trying to return something with a receipt.I purchased a 5 piece bolt extractor set (DieHard), came in with my receipt. The general manager claimed there was pieces missing from the set, this is because there's extra housing for other sizes that didn't come with my 5 piece set.The package clearly says 5 piece set and both the GM and floor manager claimed it was a 10 piece set.Instead of checking the shelf, the back of the package, or even her computer, she proceeded to accuse me of stealing the and call the police on me.Corporate was certainly called and we're resolving this issue but I will never return to a business that treats their customers this way!

Jordan from advanced auto should receive a raise! What a wonderful and helpful person. Now I know I’m not well versed in the world of automotive repairs/needs, but I also wasn’t born yesterday, and Jordan didn’t treat me like I was, (which can happen more often than not). He went above and beyond with helping me, and it was greatly appreciated in my chaotic time of need. I hope his outstanding customer service doesn’t go unnoticed!

hours posted online are different than posted on building and even then there is another paper stating 3rd different times. fix this. oh and the open sign is on, have your closers do a better job

Business owners are intentionally posting misleading hours. Updated 1 week ago per Google, but the "temporary hours" sign is well aged. If they can't post the right hours do you trust them with anything else?

Stor hours for today are from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, I'm sitting here at 11:00 AM staring at they're flashing "OPEN" sign and the doors are locked shut and they're not answering any phones.
