The employee was very rude and disrespectful in front of my two daughters ages 5 and 7. I had a pick-up order. We weren’t greeted, just asked for the name on the order. She persisted on saying the name wasn’t right as I gave her my last name. Once I said my entire name , she then had an attitude towards me saying that she needed my first name and not my last name. I asked her why all the hostility and she flat out told me “ You can put your own groceries in the car” I was disrespected for nothing. Absolutely unprofessional and rude. She then shoved my groceries in the car like she didn’t care if I had eggs or bread. I did nothing for her to show me such disrespect. It’s very disheartening to know that employees like this work at a company to be represented as such.

There’s something super strange going on at this Aldi from an online ordering perspective. Aldi is one of the only stores that does its Instacart in store with Aldi employees and not contractors. I typically order every other week here for pickup without many issues (besides one employee who is extremely miserable for no reason). Lately the app will not allow me to place a pickup order here for no reason at all. I am starting to think something sus is up with this store banning certain Instacart orders. This shouldn’t be allowed if this is the case. If you work at a grocery store it’s your job to fulfill these orders if the store uses employees for Instacart. You can’t just choose to not do your job (wouldn’t that be nice). I had to go into the store and shop for my own groceries like some kind of peasant when the app was down. It was the most stressful experience of my life. It’s too bad there isn’t another Aldi super close to this area without driving an additional 10 minutes. This store is stocked amazing and 99% of the employees are wonderful kind people. There is just the one bad worker here and the app being down is incredibly frustrating to the point I don’t want to shop here even though this is the most convenient location. Hopefully it’s fixed soon.

Second time I've been overcharged for a Wed/Sunday price reduction. 2 lb bag of peaches reduced to $2 bag. Bought two bags and was charged full price. Came in today 3 days later and they act like I'm crazy and can't see prices. Taking pic next time

Now normally I love Aldi's, good products great price. But every once in awhile you come across something that there's no excuse for how disgusting it is, and that's what happened when I bought strawberry pie filling for my churchs birthday cake!! It was brown it didn't even look or smell like strawberries. The expiration date was January 2027!! I shop there all the time but this was definitely disgusting..... What if it was somebody with not good vision they could have got their family or anyone sick.

Customer service non existence
Only one clerk operated register
I will not and will never do self checkout
With only one clerk operated register. With five shopping carts in front of me , I left my purchases at the counter and walked out
