Clean-&-safe, I'm enjoying my 7th-floor studio apt. facing East with a view of the new Bflo. Medical Campus. My transition, from East Aurora in the Southtowns, to here has been smooth. Walgreens has been great with the move, Chuck's Deli-&-Wendy's delish! +, I'm close to Westminster Presbyterian Church, where I've sung T1 for 26-yrs. & where I rehearse with the Bflo. Gay Men's Chorus! A new HOME!”

“Absolutely amazing! I had to move quick as I was getting illegally kicked out of my old apartment. I was connected with Amanda LaMonte to look at a specific apartment In the same area, as I wanted to stay relatively close to my college. Not only did she just show me the one she had me scheduled for, but there were several other units in the building that were available that she decided to show me anyway, just in case I didn’t like the one I was scheduled for. She’s extremely quick to respond and gets things done quickly and efficiently if necessary. She’s also very sweet and accommodating to my situation which I’m very grateful for. Now I’m living in a more comfortable situation and a beautiful apartment because of her help!”
