“My grandfather lives here he likes it. But there is one thing that I disagree with. There is a fire extinguisher outside the tenants apartments. But, it is just one there. The owners should have it to where it is mandatory for every tenant to have a fire extinguisher in their apartment. What happenes if there is a fire and the tenant does not have access to the fire extinguisher then what?”
“EDIT: Christina called and resolved this, it was a misunderstanding and they found documentation that the carpet issue was from a prior tenant. She was very helpful and professional.
I just moved out of Lord Lancaster recently and I was planning to write a 5 star review. I have been singing Adco’s praises to people on Reddit asking for apartment recommendations and I am constantly telling people how great it is there. They’re now nickel and diming me over the security deposit and it’s so disheartening because I truly loved the place and never had an issue until now.
It’s very clean, landscapers and snow removal come immediately throughout the year. Maintenance team is wonderful. I really put my heart and soul into maintaining my unit. I’m sad that they’re ripping off a single mother especially when my neighbors left litter in the common areas, constantly had smells coming out of their place and did not take nearly as good of care of it as I did. I guess if you rent here just be aware you may not get your deposit back even if you scrub for hours before you leave: it’s very odd to me because I’ve lived in several rental properties and never had this issue.”

They have been working around the clock and I appreciate your dedication to make our complex a safe place to live. The staff responds quickly when you call if there’s a problem and follow up to make sure your issue is taken care of. Clean-&-safe, I'm enjoying my 7th-floor studio apt. facing East with a view of the new Bflo. Medical Campus. My transition, from East Aurora in the Southtowns, to here has been smooth. Walgreens has been great with the move, Chuck's Deli-&-Wendy's delish! +, I'm close to Westminster Presbyterian Church, where I've sung T1 for 26-yrs. & where I rehearse with the Bflo. Gay Men's Chorus! A new HOME!”
