Wanted to get a couple ear piercings- lobe & a cartilage. Picked this shop for the reviews, only been to one or two others in the past, and I’m so happy I picked Arboreal Ink!! Booking an appointment was easy. Brit took care of me, and she was extremely professional, kind & welcoming. She took me through the entire procedure step by step, she was patient and was very polite. Perfectly clean shop & workstation as well! I haven’t had a piercing done in years, and Brit definitely follows all proper procedures/protocols, greatly informs you about aftercare & answers all questions! Will definitely be going back once I’m healed up to add more 😁

I actually got my helix done in Dec, but I had a wonderful painless experience with Brittany! She explained everything as she was opening it, asked if I wanted to see anything, and described what she was doing and when she was doing it. Highly recommend, no issues with healing and will be back for my next piercing sooN!

Very pleased with my experience here. My tattoo itself along with 3 different touch ups took just under 30 minutes. My artist was very friendly and gave both me and my friend exactly what we asked for. Very clean and overall nice environment. Great experience. Britt was kind, professional, and thorough when explaining the piercing process and subsequent aftercare.I went for helix cartilage piercing and was able to make an appointment quickly and within my availability. Had such a pleasant experience. Stopped by here before leaving Buffalo for impromptu Sunday funday activities. My friend and I both got piercings I got my conch and my friend got her nostril pierced. Britt was so friendly and very knowledgeable and took her time really focusing on the placement for mg conch. She walked me through every step of what she was doing, everything was sterilized and proof was shown to me. Would definitely return!!!
