On 12/12/24 I went to this location to see if my phone could be updated. Tes, the sales person told me it could not be and I needed a new phone.
I agreed to a new phone. Tes stated that AT&T has a trial internet offer. I declined the trial. Yes stated that they will send it even if I declined. I declined the offer again. I declined several times through out the visit. He also signed me up for a protection package that I declined. This involved running a credit check and using my credit card without permission.
When I arrived home, I looked at my email. Tes signed me up for the internet offer that I declined. I believe this is fraud and illegal. When I went back into the store to discuss this issue and try to resolve the issue, Tes, lied about who the manager of the store was. He had me speak to a women, then he said he was the manager. Tes proceeded to yell at me and told me to "get out of his store".
I reported this activity to AT&T. Unfortunately the modem was already shipped. I will have to return it through UPS. Very inconvenient this time of year.
Tes stated that he makes his money by commission.
BEWARE of this location. As I left the store a person walking by on the street stated they had the same issue with Tes.

Bamboozled.
Just such a.. confusing experience.
Everyone at the shop was super nice, they pulled out a chairs for us while they finished up with the people ahead of us. They were super polite, had a phone in stock to get us out of a jam.
We left happy.
Then the fees. Phone insurance we didn't ask for, iPhone anytime upgrade we didn't want. Never even discussed any of this.
Way to ruin a good experience by not being able to take a "no"
Called customer service and got it straightened out in an hour. 3/10 would recommend.

Nothing bad about the place. I went in with my broken device I had one question , what were my options , she said without blinking but a new phone, I said is that all she said pretty much. I said thank you and left. Been a customer for a very long time , just felt I was annoying her by being in the store. Every other time I've been to this location it has been great. I bought a phone to replace the Razr Plus that finally the inner screen went. I know it's a standard protocol but it was the way the message was delivered. Since purchased my device, I am going to be moving away from At&T after yrars of great service. Her response told me it's all about the money. Grass is never greener , but at least I have control.

The representative helped me within seconds of walking in the door, I believe her name is Alecia . Helped me with a new phone purchase. I was in and out in under an hour. She was polite, respectful, and humorous . 10/10 would recommend that location.

Establish of AT&T was more than helpful regarding my reasoning for coming in. Not to mention the warm and cozy like environment to our cold weather here in Buffalo. Corey was a great help with my issue , along with staff providing a professional atmosphere! I will come back again.

Could not stay in the store due to toxic air fresheners that the stuff uses. Many people have allergies to fumes. This is a public place, that should be accessible to people with allergies. Totally unnecessary to use the plug ins with smelly chemicals that cause allergic reaction.

Yesterday I was in the store. Awesome work to the crew. I used to not like coming to this location but this my second time dealing with this crew, I love them guys. Especially with Corey being the manager he made sure no customer walked out and ordered a phone online. But him, Triston and Nick is an amazing team they are so funny together made sure we was taken care of but just kept us engaged. I definitely will be recommending more people to come see them. We need more managers like Corey in store. They know how to treat customers like family.

I transferred my number from Verizon and had some issues but Nisa and Nick were very patient and helpful. If you want friendly customer service and people who know what they’re doing then I would recommend this store.
