Salesmen went out of his way to take care of my situation. He was very nice and professional. I returned back to the office and he helped me to reset the new phone that I had to get. I needed to update my phone. He walked me through it all. I was very impressed by the way that he took care of me.

The store is a complete scam. I thought I'm buying two phones and the guy put me under contract for two phones. Now we know to fix it. I have to pay off the phone to change the company. Don't use them. There are complete scam.

Went in here to upgrade my phone. Was told my plan's cost would go up only $12-13 a month. I was suspicious, so even went back to the store the next day to verify this.Lo and behold, my bill was TRIPLE that the next month. Tried calling the store (I'm not local) and couldn't get through to anyone. I even explicitly told them I don't want AT&T "next up" OR insurance, and both were on my bill. Be wary of upgrading here; I think they get commission for adding a bunch of extra plans and charges to your bill.Next time, to avoid the deception and extra charges, I'm going to buy a new phone on Amazon.

I came here for a phone case and the guy “couldn’t get into his computer” so I told him that I had cash I could use instead since I didn’t bring my bank card with me. He said couldn’t sell any items because he can’t get into the computer again and his “cash drawer was full and can’t take any money”. He didn’t call anyone to help him get unlocked so he can sign into the system. He told me to just go to another store. I went to get my card and called the store directly and he sent my call to the digital support line instead. I came back 10 minutes later and he closed the store for an hour until 4:45 for a break. So I went to target instead. Overall the interaction was rude and the customer service was awful. Probably shouldn’t have one person in the store if he can’t even get into the system in order to help the customers.

Asked if they had a charger in stock and how much it would cost. Rep transferred me, without a word, to a line to select whether I wanted to make an appointment or speak with customer service. Simple mistake, surely. I called back and stated that I was calling back about the charger I specified. Again, without a word, the rep transfers me to the same line. This man had two brain cells, and he used them each to transfer my call. I'm also going to branch out and start my own line soon, and AT&T literally has the highest rate around. Everyone else is cheaper, but Verizon is the cheapest of the top few. The Verizon rep was blown away when we were discussing line costs. As am I, especially as I've been a member of a family plan for nearly two decades.

DO NOT TRUST MAX!!!!!!! Worst experience ever. Max is the biggest scum. I recently switched from Verizon to att and Max set me up a business account, however i do not have a business and I'm losing out on military discounts. My bill is literally twice as much as it should be I'm also being charged monthly for accessories that are supposedly free for switching customers as told by Max . I've been in the store several time to correct the issue and every time i get a run around story. i ask for paper receipts for several transactions and they claim they can print. I have reached out to the area manager Jason Kaminski (phone # 585-747-5839 in case anyone else needs it.)to correct the problem and has showed to be no help. I have been dealing with this for 2 months now. I highly recommend going to a true corporate store instead.

I've been here a few times over the years, I've been a long time AT&T customer. I came back recently as I was rethinking my cell plan and decided to get an upgraded phone and change my plan. I spent quite a while talking to the store employee and figured out the best option for me. Came back to pick up my new phone and a different store employee who was super helpful in telling me how to transfer all the data and do all of those things. 3 stars for this large chain. I default chains to 3 stars as they must be A-OK to expand as they have. If I gave 2 or 4 stars the service was either terrible or it was better than expected.

My Samsung Galaxy 6 finally died. I went to this location in Jan 2022. Erin helped me and for the most part, the experience was good. Until I got my next bill, which was $100 more than it should be. I went back to this store and Erin said she could take care of this. "No need to call or come back." She took my info. Bill was due and I called and said "nothing happened, should I pay this huge bill?" Man I spoke to said "Erin said it should come thru any day. Go ahead and pay it". Nothing ever happened with that bill. I've called that store once every 2 weeks since and Erin doesn't call me back. I haven't walk back in bc I assume if she's not there, no one can do anything but ask her to call me. Which she doesn't. At this point, it's too late to fix this bill. But I feel jerked around. Don't promise your customers you'll handle something and then ghost them.
