“Stopped here a few weeks back after something started dragging under our brand new SUV while traveling south on 90 from Rochester to Pittsburgh. I was terrified because we had our 10 month old with us. Folks were SO kind and courteous. “Great service and prices! Staff is also very polite and doesn’t try to sell services you don’t need. First time I brought my CLA here was for a differential fluid change after being quoted $600 for the service at the Mercedes dealership. Called Carrero’s and they told me they would be happy to do it for me. Ended up costing only $115 here (gear oil + only half an hour of labor!). My differential isn’t making grinding/thunking noises anymore, so I’m glad I was able to avoid paying thousands for diagnostics and a whole new differential. Since then, I’ve come in for any service i needed and inspection and they are always friendly, honest, and efficient!”

Referred by our mechanic of 20+ years to 3 locations, and received very fair estimate from this company with all positive recommendations. Dropped car Sunday pm, done Thursday with oem replacement bumper, straightened rear quarterpanel and necessary sensors (which all 3 shops indicated due to damage) and required paint matched perfectly. Cannot tell which side was the damaged one. Honest, efficient and skilled.”

“Shout out to John for seeming to be the last good parts store manager in WNY. Actually found someone knowledgeable. I have 4 parts stores within 5 mins of me but will be coming out here damn near an hour away just to know im not talking to a wall. Was a long time autozone customer since my neighbor was the manager well he's not there no more and it seems like my 9 year old is more knowledgeable than 99% of their new staff in arcade. Don't care what your paying him give him a 10 dollar hourly raise or the equivalent of that if salary.”

“Took my 2012 Toyota in recently for service on the wiper motor. Nelson and his team confirmed the issue and replaced the assembly quickly and at a very reasonable cost. They proactively checked a few other things that I’ve been too busy to pay attention to myself including the cabin air filter and inspection. They cleared all work prior to taking action and stuck to their estimate.
It’s refreshing to have an old school auto shop like Nirelli’s in the neighborhood that provides quality service and excellent attention to detail. One huge bonus is their honesty. I took my car in previously for brake work based on another shop’s recommendation, but Nelson checked it out and showed me that it would have been unnecessary at the time. How refreshing to have a shop that won’t take advantage of you and do unnecessary work! I will gladly continue to support them in the future.”
“What a great group of guys. This afternoon while getting into the 33 my tire started to go flat. Thankfully, I was able to make to this shop. The guys greeted me checked the tire got me into a new one. It was unable to be plugged. Great price on the new tire and I was back on the road in 40 mins. Including the time it took me to get there.
