Dont bother paying extra to recieve to product any earlier. Not only that you wont recieve it when promised. But you will get laughed at for coming the next day to check if your product arrived yet.

Are usually don’t leave reviews but I’m going to start. Because of my experience with a AutoZone. I first went to the AutoZone on Elmwood Avenue two times to be brief in this I’m gonna say I had bad experience on Elmwood the staff were uneducated, brash, and one of them were visibly high on a drug. Horrible customer service. I went to the AutoZone on Sheridan Avenue. The customer service was like a 360 they were educated. They were fully staffed it welcoming and just kind a completely different atmosphere, and I am most grateful that I got my needs taken care of and more at the AutoZone on Sheridan Avenue so I just want to say I appreciate the staff and I hope they’re diligence get receive some kind of recognition.

Spent money on (overpriced) parts I didn't need/weren't correct. Was told they couldn't accept returns without receipt, even though they "guided" me to make the purchase previously and remembered me lmao

I’m long time Coustomer for auto zone but after today was very bad service at this location no more auto zone for me at6:50 pm3/3/24 Salem .k was cashiers I was just trying to get brakes pad for my car and I simply tell her I have account with auto zone please put my phn in so you can see what I bought it before I need same exact brakes pads but she refused to do so then she ask me my car details and ask me what kind Brakes I need and make Selection I did but after I tell her can you please check my account and verify is it same brake pads then she fed up because the brake pad was different she was giving me what I bought it before I wish owner have cameras there and listen the whole conversation what happened today

I had a broken taillight and Tim was very helpful. He replaced the bulb and applied lens tape for me as a fix until I can fully replace it because I needed assistance. Would recommend!

It was pretty quiet after seven, and they had the light bulb for my break lights. The only gripe I have is that they don't carry wiper blades for my make and model for my car. I was recommended other places that may have them. Althoe, I wish they carried silicone wiperblades. They are more reliable and you don't have to replace them too often
