Horrible branch with zero effort in customer service. I left my card in the atm (yes, my fault) but I know they are retrieved every business morning. the customer service rep wouldnt even try to look at retrieve it. Regardless if he knew or not the process! He didn't even try to put in any effort to resolve the issue or perhaps even ask an associate

If I could give 0 stars I would. There is never any parking and the staff are incredibly rude and impersonal. They act like you’re bothering them if you ask them any questions. Truly an awful place. Might switch my bank because of this location.

The service is usually good. The only thing I have issues with is the lack of free parking near the bank. There are a few spaces, but they are usually full. So if you gave to go inside, be prepared to hunt and pay for parking on the street.

The line was to the back of the bank and there was only 1 person working.15 minutes to move the line, no music playing. No snacks or coffee/water. They make you just wait ✋️

One of the drive-thru ATM machines were out of order but was not blocked off nor had a sign on it. Would have been nice to know.

I've waited for more than 75 minutes for someone who can assist me for deposit a check. No one bother to help. Everyone is just walking around. It wasn't even busy hour. They should hire more employee. I would give zero star if I could. Totally disappointed.

Friendly staff, but overcrowded due to Covid, stimulus checks and business contractors. The other branches are all closed so this place is a constant bee hive. If you plan on coming here make sure you have 30 minutes minimum is the wait time inside.

The security guard came out to my car looked me in my face and purposely spit at it. Then locked the door ten minutes early so I could not go back in and report him. So I took to Google to write this review so the bosses can let the company he work for aware of the nastiness of their employee. This happened today at the branch on Elmwood at 3:45 pm on February 3rd 2021

Absolutely rude. Came in with a cashier check drawn on Bank of America and the cashier was not helpful. I thought cashiers checks were guaranteed, better than certified.

This location was very unorganized and not familiar with their own products and services. They were not helpful at all when they continuously said they would help every second of the way. I do not recommend this location at all.
